It's by far the worst customer service i had ever encountered. I was a loyal customer, for three straight years. Used to make my payments on time or before the due date. This time i ask politely to please stand my payment and almost got into an argument. No courtesy what so ever. And the lady process the payment right away living my banck account overdraft.

I have been using the FPDL services for almost 2 years now. The employees there are incredibly kind, I hear them call most of their customers by first name. I never knew I could say this about a check cashing facility but there is a tailored level of customer care at this location.
