Regions Bank Shore Ter, Indianapolis

Went to use the atm made no mistakes with my pin everything was going as it should when I was promoted to pay $4 for out of network. I accept this the screen then changed and said that it was capering my card. Now I am stranded with no access to my money all weekend. I called my card services and they do not see any ready why this happened.

UPDATE 9/29 One Teller inside ! Line of 6 people, drive up customers too !! WHAT A PLACE 😆 ------------ It is obvious, Regions corporate directives and policy's, contradict with the most Basic Customer Service. Too often, the Employees at the Teller windows are overwhelmed with customers; lines forming 8-10 long. At this same time, 2-3 other employees are watching. The foundation of a Solid, strong Customer Service is first!, attitude begins with - acknowledgement of Your customers coming to bank --- WITH YOU! The Employees at the window do a great job of maintaining a smile and positive attitude - during their employers fail.

DON'T TRUST REGIONS BANK WITH YOUR MONEY. Region Bank is ok only for deposit & withdraw of mundane things {Limit to less than $2.(two dollars)}; until one needs protection from predatory/deceptive transaction(s). Region bank will protect the other side against own bank account holder to protect/make own $whatever from credit/debit transaction. I do online purchase from all over the world and many types of $payment transactions and no problems. This Region Bank is the only that I'm having horrible experience ever and not getting protection in prompt manner. Never again use this Regions Bank for any other service other than simple deposit & withdraw. Even than, I/we will think twice to use this bank's service.

This branch is the worst branch and they are making me think regions bank is the worst bank in America. The staffs are so unprofessional and all they want to do is close down your account. They don’t want to help resolve the issue you’re facing over your account all they want to do is close down your account. They will also bluntly tell you they are going to close down your account and there is nothing you’re going to do about it.

Always friendly and efficient service, greeting regulars by name and processing transactions quickly. Sometimes the queue can get long, especially on weekends and late afternoons, resulting in an extended wait.

Had my check card information stolen, and a fraudulent charge was made on it. I have always tried to be careful when using my check card, such as check for chip readers on gas pumps, not letting the card out of my sight in a restaurant, that type of thing. This time it was a small amount, 2 years ago my bank account was drained. They printed me a new card, it took all of 3 min, then they took the time to give me additional tips on how to protect my bank card. The man helping me was very pleasant and upbeat when explaining things to me. He made an aggravating experience a lot less painful. VERY impressed.

I had to drive to this branch and get a new debit card made during Covid-19. The lobby was closed but they let me in and helped me and they were super nice friendly and efficient. It was very clean and nice inside as well.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The bank manager A. D Lindsey has been a life saver! He's knowledgeable, helpful and very caring!!

I had specific issues i needed help to correct and when I could not get it corrected with the help of the deskperson(which is understandable considering the complicated nature of the issue), the bank manager himself was able to assist me personally.

Always super customer service especially from Candy , Nick and Jackson 😁😀
