Freedom Home Mortgage or Freedom Mortgage, what ever they want to go by, terrible lending company. Typical, your just a number, get what they can get. They will string you along and not give you all details. Stay away from Samantha Baca MLS# 2186379 She will screw you over, give you terrible customer service and cost you money. I am out a thousand dollars with no loan. Go somewhere else!

This company has always treated us well. Whatever problem that we have had, they have helped us resolve it. We would gladly use this company again.

Nicole Lissade is an excellent Loan Officer. The process took less than 30 days. I am the 3rd member of my family who used her services. I would never consider a different bank for my mortgage needs.

THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!! PLEASE FOUND MY November payment please! When you call their customer service they give you the runaround. Everyone i spoke with about my payment told me something different! I HATE THIS COMPANY! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!! I WOULD RATE THEM A NEGATIVE IF I COULD! And they don't respond to their email either!

IVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A SIMPLE ACCOUNT NUMBER CHANGED FOR SEVERAL WEEKS WITH NO LUCK??????????? THE CUST SVC PEOPLE HAVE THEIR HANDS TIED, AND HAVE TO SEND EMAIL TO THE "IVORY TOWER" AND KNOW NOTHING, A COMPLETE WASTE!!!!!!!! THEIR ONLINE FORMS ARE NOT OPERABLE, AND FM MAKES NO EFFORT TO CORRECT. SUPER BAD NEWS!!1

I would give this company NO stars if i could. When i made a payment on their online system, it gave me an error message and said my payment couldnt be processed i turned around and made a payment the next day and the system finally took my payment and provided me with 1 confirmation number. I then go to make a purchase at target and my card gets declined, i go to look as to why. FREEDOM MORTGAGE took 2 payments from my account. I then call them and them tell me that they see 2 payments but that they had to have confirmation that the payments have been taken from my account. IF YOU SEE CONFIRMATION why would i have to provide you with more confirmation. They give me an email to send my statements that shows this information i send this email 5 times, i have been dealing with the same problem since 07/05/2018 and it is 07/21/2018 and i still dont have my money back into my account. Everytime i call they tell me that they are going to expedite the process. The rep then informs me well this means you dont need to make a payment the next month, i go into my online account and it tells me i have to make a payment the next month! I am going to contact the BBB because this company is filled with crooks!

If I could rate them with a NEGATIVE 5 stars then I would. The experience that we had with this awful excuse for a mortgage company is something that I would never wish for my worst enemy. Luckily, we were working through a mortgage broker and he made it easier for us but he had to hold Freedom Mortgage's hand through the process ...and hold it to the fire in order for them to keep their word!
