Credit Union 1 W 10th St, Indianapolis

I‘ve been a customer for over two decades. Their service has significantly gone down the hill since late last years. A lot of problems with the new online system that make customers lost their bill payment information and CU1 were not able to fix it. The staffs however are still fabulous! But unfortunately, they can’t do anything with these problems. It continues to be a never ending problem with their online banking system. It’s becoming very annoying and costly problems for me, I’m considering looking for a different bank.

I went to the ATM on October 7 to take out money but the ATM didn't give me any money so I went to a different ATM and pulled out some of the money I was trying to get out the ATM on 10th st. Well it wouldn't let me take it all out. So I look on my mobile app to say it says I took out the money at the ATM already. But I have been calling and calling the bank to get my money back and I have been getting the run around here it is October 21st. Soon this is taking care of I will be closing my account this isn't the first time something has happened with my money at this bank.... I would like to give a update after giving my review I received a call and he helped me get my money that had just been sitting there this whole time. Thanks so much

I love credit union 1. They are super friendly have always known me by name. Chris helped me open my account and was super nice and friendly, and just made it as stress free as possible while setting it up!! Even got my boyfriend to join and open a account as well. We love CU1.

Credit Union 1 on West 10th street, Indianapolis was the best place. It had that small town feel and now it seems to to be just another wanna be big corporation. I used to be able to call and talk with a LIVE PERSON, now I talk to corporate and they ask who I am and why I'm calling. I wanted to say, I'm trying to call my bank where all my money is and talk with one of the wonderful people that work at my branch. Also I haven't been able to deposit anything in the ATM on the outside of the building. I used to be able to, but no more. Very frustrating as I can't always make it over there when they are open.

Have been a member for over 20 years. The online banking is simple and user friendly, and the staff are always there to quickly answer any questions. Cassandra Douglas has been awesome with a HELOC application. Thank you! Highly recommend!

I will never do busy with the bank again! I made a $300 cash deposit into their ATM and to date ,4 days later, my money still hasn't been released into my account!!!
