Everyone was so nice! Wow! Will be returning.

I went to this bank because they made an appointment for me in spanish I came and a hispanic woman told me that there was staff to assist me in spanish,what made me laugh the most was that in another bank there are staff who speak spanish I realized they are professionals so I better open they tell me about another bank

I have been with this bank for awhile and have always gotten good service everytime I have needed to to have something taken care of! The staff is friendly and efficient!

Sat 15 minutes in drive through only to be told I had to come in. My company recently got a new GM. Signatures didn't match. I was treated like a thief. The check was confiscated. After talking with my GM, the signatures had been updated. Horrible customer service.

Website lists the branch as opening at 10am. At 10:31 the lobby was not open. A sign on the door mentions that the lobby is not available. Need person to person service, since the ATM keeps refusing the deposit.

Took them 20 minutes to cash my check. 4 people including the manager couldn’t get it and they said the numbers on the bottom were funny. I asked which ones? Routing? Account? No answer. The 5th person to take a peek hit one button on the keyboard and they all sighed and said ohhhh. Give me a break. One button? Held me up and made me look like I had a bad check? What a joke. Two stars ONLY because they have at least one competent employee.

I guess it's normal for banks to take advantage of customers these days, so I'm not surprised but still - the wound is fresh. Not horrible I guess but be prepared for broken ATMs, then fees when because you couldn't deposit money.

The app is ok. The only thing is you can't see any pending deposits or transactions only ones that have already been processed. This sucks because their online banking is horrible. It won't let you sign in most of the time. Their ATM(Especially outside) is broken down all of the time. Also, the bank had took it upon themselves to change my debit card pin and I was checking out at the grocery store with a line of people behind me. I had to cancel my transaction to move to the side and call the bank to have my pin changed again. I was livid.

They were super fast nice and helpful in all my needs. Branch manager did great. Will definitely be back.
