I bought a beautiful 2008 Ford Edge SEL a few days ago from here, and they were all absolutely wonderful helping to get the vehicle! I definitely recommend this place to family and friends or just simply anyone wanting a car! My mom and I are definitely impressed with how they take care of their customers! Nice people to talk to. You just need to really look over what you are buying. If you do not, then take it to a certified mechanic to have it inspected. These are vehicles bought at an auction and put right on the lot. I test drove two diesel trucks and they both had issues. I'm talking very obvious issues. Safety and mechanical. The salesmen had no idea about them. So nobody is driving these before they are put on the lot. Buyers just really look over your vehicles and test drive in town and on the highway. They will not drop the price if you want to buy as is. Expect to walk out.

Bought a car from them Tuesday, they assured us all their vehicles undergo an extensive inspection before they are placed in their lot for sale. Jumped on 465 after purchasing the car and the entire car began to shake like it was falling apart. Got off and went to belle tire, to find out car had 2 bad control arms, 2 bad ball joints, wheels were over 5 oz each out of balance, and directional tires were placed in the wrong side of car, . All had to be repaired before the 2 hour trip home. I didn’t even bother calling the car lot as they were less than friendly during the purchase process, and it was made clear that car was sold as is with no warranty. This place is a JOKE and lies to their customers about inspecting them. There is NO way a mechanic inspected this vehicle. AVOID this business at all cost………………. Read response from owner 1 hour after initial review left??? This company really has no clue what they are doing, proof is in response. This is 2 days after car was purchased, not 10, and I NEVER called you back. Your response to my review is only proof this is a crooked dealer who does not care about their customers, and only gets defensive when people let others know not to waste their hard earned money with you. This guy is clearly NUTS. We purchased a vehicle on 4/12, so I’m not sure who you are thinking this is. OBVIOUSLY we are NOT the only dissatisfied customer. You may have recorded phone calls, but not involving me, or this transaction. I have my sons paperwork proving sale was on 4/12

If you want a dealership that will leave you alone while you're looking at cars, not pushy, and very fast at getting you out of there once you find what you're looking for, this is the place. I bought a car there this week, test drove it and within an hour and a half was on the road. Very good experience.

Great experience buying a great car from out of state. I found the exact car that I wanted online and am about 6 hours away from this dealer. I called and spoke with them and they were wonderful to work with. Took the car to a mechanic of my choice and dropped it off and picked it back up. Worked with me and my bank to do all of this over email and phone and helped me get the car shipped to me. I could never imagine buying a car sight unseen, but I did and I would certainly look at this dealership in the future if I ever need another luxury car. Did I mention I love love love my car... Great deal, and trust me I looked county wide for this deal. Don't hesitate to trust this small, family run dealership.

Flew in from Atlanta GA to make this purchase. Was I glad I found these guys?! The Car was ready for me, clean, full tank of Gas and what else - car was even better than advertised. My salesperson, Mr Jihad gave me a quick demonstration of the controls. I put over 700 miles on the car the same day I bought it and have put close to 2000 miles on it since then. All I have had to do is gas up the car, it has no issues whatsoever. I strongly recommend these guys to anyone looking to buy a decent used luxury car. I got me a 2008 Audi S6 with a V10 Lamborghini Engine for a fraction of the price. All in all, my experience with these guys is one of the best I have had in car buying.

I purchased a 2011 Toyota 4Runner here in January of this year (2021). I've waited a few months to place my review,  as I wanted to drive the vehicle for a while, get it registered, etc. etc. I flew in from out of state to make the purchase as the car was much cheaper here than my home state of CO! This was nerve wracking as purchasing any car out of state would be. I was reassured by the other reviews of out of state buyers claiming the process went well. I have to say, I'm very happy with the whole experience!! I would definitely recommend Midwest Motors if you're looking to buy a car. The price for this vehicle was honestly as good as it gets, several thousand less than what I was seeing in CO. Jihad helped me from start to finish and made the process very simple. I was in and out quick enough to start my 15+ hour drive home! Additionally, I happened to get a nutso in my local registration office when trying to title the vehicle in my home state...who said I would have to make many many changes to the title before they would accept it. This freaked me out!! I would now have to send the title back to Midwest Motors, and then the dealership before them :( I called Jihad, and helped make the changes without having to do all of that, and it was in fact much simpler than the crazy registration lady tried to make it. He told me she was in fact wrong about a few of the changes and to NOT make them. He was, in fact, right. Finally, I had the car at the Toyota dealership and they said it was in fantastic condition!! So to wrap up, I got a great car...at a great price, with fantastic follow through service. Thanks Midwest, and thanks Jihad!

We didn't end up buying a vehicle from this location, but they are by far the most pleasant dealership we've interacted with. The sales people were low pressure--just gave us the keys and left us alone to look the car over. They were pleasant, professional, and honest about accidents and service history. Some of their cars were a bit higher priced than what we've seen at other locations, but not significantly so. Worth it just for the more pleasant experience. I wish all dealerships were like this.

I have interest in purchasing a specific car, and Midwest Motors has one. I had been in contact with Jihad and went to MM to checkout the car. I was greeted by Abrahim(sorry if I misspelled your name) and he promptly had the car brought to the lot. I did quick look-see of the car, and said I'd keep it in mind, as I have another one I want to see. They understood and wished me well...nice people. They have quite a few interesting cars(and trucks and Jeeps)...especially the black EVO, but alas, it's a bit out of my price range 😔😉😉

Bought a the car a couple years ago. That part was fine. Just don't buy the car warranty if it is still red shield. Read BBB reviews, but they don't cover your full repairs.

Visited this location twice this week with my son. On day two my son was ready to purchase a car. Only problem was a huge dent on the roof of the car. The man we spoke to was rude and condescending. Because both times no one greeted us nor introduced themselves I dont know his name. The salesman called my son hours later and text him the next day. Really treat people with a little respect. Let's be clear this is Midwest Motors on West 10th st. Never to be confused with a legitimate car lot. Again Midwest Motors on West 10th st.

Once I decided on the vehicle, he diligently searched financing options for terms that best matched what I was looking for. After the sale I had a couple of questions regarding the vehicle, and it was clear he wasn't just interested in making the sale, but also in helping me with my questions promptly and professionally taking care of them. Attempted to purchase a used Lexus LX570 they had on the lot and I asked for some pictures of the underside of the car. Was emailed back with no information and I replied stating this was not what I had asked for and the sales manager Ahmad replied "OK, WHAT IS THE UNDERSIDE OF THE CAR???". I feel this was very rude and uncalled for. Also, if you do not understand how to take pictures of the underside of a car you should not be selling cars. My wife and I had narrowed our search down to this vehicle and were prepared to purchase this weekend, pending there was not a large amount of rust. They just lost our business with this poor customer service. Edit to add: after replying and stating that I would be taking my business elsewhere, and what I assumed would be the end of the interaction I just received another email stating that I should "go to hell, and that he doesn't want a customer like me, telling me that he emailed me pictures and i was not happy with them." If this was a simple mix up of not having pictures sent correctly perhaps you should attempt to work with the customer stating that he didn't get what he wanted, rather than assume you know what you're talking about. I did not receive any pictures and would have been plenty fine working with someone who made a simple mistake as that, but for someone to act the way your sales manager does is a poor show of your organization and along with losing my $30,000 sale I also hope anyone reading this will turn around and not give these jokers any of your money.

Please don't buy a car or truck from this car lot scammers. They talk a good game but they fail to back up their words. They are just like the rest of the used cars dealer lie to get you in the car or truck but then once you have a problem with their vehicles the don't honor their own words. I brought a truck from them in October 31, 2016, I've had nothing but problems with this truck from the 1st week at first they pretended to care but after the problem kept existing they just drop the ball. I finally had to take the truck to another mechanic to get the repairs done correctly. Midwest motors claim that they would pay for the repairs. I mailed them a copy of the invoice for the cost of the repairs and I have yet to hear back from anyone. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS SCAMMERS THEIR CARS AND TRUCKS MAY LOOK GOOD BUT THEY' ARE REALLY JUST DAMAGED GOODS...

I was in the market for a truck from my transport business and found a 2006 Ford F350 dually at Midwest Motors. Low mileage for the year and in awesome condition. I flew in from Omaha, and Ahmad (the owner) was waiting at the airport for me to pick me. He was very transparent when I called to inquire about the truck, and sent me videos and pictures to answer the questions I had. Given that the truck was 14 years old, and that I was buying it for my business, there were a few minor things that needed to be fixed/addressed before I could use it for work. They were kind enough to take a little off the asking price, so I feel that I got a pretty good deal. Drove the truck all the way back home to Omaha (about 600 miles) and it ran fantastic! Can't wait to get this thing on the road and working. I would highly recommend Midwest Motors. Ahmad and his boys will take care of you without hesitation!
