The best decision I made for our business and personal was switching to Regions bank. Chris and his team took our business to the next level. I also know people don't take the time to actually leave positive reviews. I am extremely proud to be a part of the Regions family. Thank you!

The manager Chris makes my banking so simple. His employee Jazlyne was also very helpful when I called this last time.

Very Unprofessional branch ! Denied access although an appointment was set and lied about the time. Worse customer service interaction with Chris the manager. Highly rude and inaccurate information was given over the phone. Uneducated of any customer service what so ever. I will not be visiting this branch.

Please don’t ever go there, you can’t make deposits because ATM NEVER WORKS & STEALS YOUR MONEY. And a lot more problems. AVOID REGIONS BANKS

I tried to open a new account online. It failed at the last step. I was asked to visit a branch. I called the customer service, was told that I had to visit a branch. I went to the branch at 9702 Gaston Rd, Katy, TX. I was told there was no record at all. I opened the account there, got my debit card. I was told the $225 would be ready to use the same day, the rest would be held for 10 days. I tried the debit card 5 times in 14 days, all declined. I stopped by the same branch again. I was told my account was opened online and assigned to the other branch, I didn't sign some documents. When I tried to describe what happened, she said, "regardless..."

One star is too generous, I wish I can give them -5 star if I could. The staff apparently unprofessional and impolite.they even ask $10 for one single check. They do whatever it takes to keep your money in their bank. Check the reviews before your coming, the only five star I think is their staff.

Worst banking experience ever in my life. The manager is rude. Not recommended banking here.
