    Convenient location and competitive interest rates. Bankers are easy to get ahold of which is a plus. Update 1/2022: changes rating from 4 to 5 stars due to outstanding customer service! Andrew and Germane were wonderful in opening a checking account to move away from a big bank who wants to nickel and dime their customers. 100% happy with our decision.

    The people at the 7 meadows branch do not seem to know what they are doing. They wasted almost a whole one day of mine trying to open an account for me. They were.asking for arms and legs. They did not even understand their own company policy on what they ought to ask for. Despite giving my SSN they wanted to sight the originals. Went back home brought the originals, they were still unsatisfied unless they make a copy of the SSN At the end of the day I had to leave achieving nothing. I will never go there again. It took me less than 40 minutes to open the account at another credit union also in Katy. These people including the manager need to be trained.

    We were more than satisfied to have a very engaging employee (Calisha) provide outstanding customer service to us, especially very early on a Saturday morning. The credit union is always clean and has beverages for you to enjoy.

    Have been to this location a couple times and everyone was very friendly from the moment I walked in the door. They were able to take care of my services quickly and efficiently (and with security in mind). Love the mobile app too!

    UPDATE: I was just contacted by one of the managers of the customer service department. They did refund me the charges and quickly corrected the issue. She also informed me hat this issue would never happen again and that they were shopping around for new suppliers and help in the loan department. It has been resolved, but I'm keeping my good eye on things. For the second time now their loan department has played games with me. My first car loan I was charged for insurance on the vehicle after providing proof of insurance. I only turned it in a couple times, and they took off the charge in whole after the second time of proving I had insurance. Well come to my second car loan, and guess what, change insurance, prove coverage and get charged 3100 dollars for them shopping the most expensive insurance they could find. As soon as I received my new coverage, I sent it to them and received a confirmation number. A week later I got a letter stating that I had not provided coverage. Again I submitted my information and received confirmation. 2 months later I receive a letter in the mail stating that I had not covered my vehicle and that the bank had provided me insurance at my cost. This time I went into the actual branch and the gentleman personally sent the information to my loan officer while they were on the phone. They both stated that there was no issue with my account and that I had provided coverage properly. 3 days later I look at my account and guess what....3100 extra was added to the loan amount for the insurance. I am to the point now that I am shopping for another loan and that I will gladly change banks because of this incompetence. I hope the CEO sees this and makes the proper changes

    I love MCCU! I’ve worked with Jose in the last couple months regarding a couple loans that I transferred over to them and both experiences were so easy. So glad I joined MCCU and only have to deal with them regarding my loans from now on.
