Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Spring Green Blvd, Katy

Terrible location and should be avoided at all cost. Needed to talk to someone about a deceased relative's account but never got the opportunity. This location is way understaffed and that is a reflection of Bank of America. They are an awful organization and I am glad I took my banking needs elsewhere. Note to the wise -if you go there for ANY reason other than to deposit or withdraw (which you will wait in very long lines for the single teller they usually have) make an appointment. You will sit there for hours before you get seen by the 1 or 2 "bankers" that are available to help you. The one bright spot of this location? Laurent is a very caring and polite and does his best to help but is very limited in what he is able to do.

There is bad, there is awful, there is Bank of America, and then there is this branch. Have mercy on humanity and close it down. They lost - literally lost - my money (a check issued by 5heir own bank) and would not take responsibility for it but the branch manager wears a pocket square! Avoid if your handling anything more than $25..

Manager and employees very discriminatory. Manager assured me their was a limit for check cashing but when I called all other banks of America everyone said their was no such limit. Maybe it was just this bank with a limit but definitely felt discrinated since I have brown skin and construction clothes.

We visited the bank to open an an account and get secured credit card. My wife and I got 1st class service from the manager and Jenny the customer service. She took time to explain the accounts we open both bank account and credit card and my wifes credit was approved. unfortunately my credit card was denied. All the same I liked the service. Kudos BOA Katy branch.

This bank never has more than 1 teller at the window at all times. This causes long lines and long wires during big/unusual transactions. You can do better Boa.

Although it was five minutes to closing Mr.Laurent Evrard still we above and beyond for me. I truly appreciate his kindness and help. Customer service was on point!

This is the slowest bank I have ever seen in my entire life.. 1 teller with the line out the door.. Managers sitting at desk doing nothing. hope they go out of business.

Can’t access the lobby for the ATM. Drive through line a mile long and the other lane is broke down. Not like I don’t run 7 figures through your bank every year. Headed to Frost.

Bank teller would not allow me to cash in a small amount of change that was correctly rolled unless I had an account with them. Legal tender American money!!! All quarters which shouldn't be a big deal. Left and went to another bank and the only thing they asked me is how I wanted my cash!!! I see why they have such bad reviews. They could've asked for my id since I didn't have an account but the teller just turned me away. Would give 0 stars if possible.

I came here to ask for information and Laurent the Manager was the most helpful. He booked me to speak with his staff and they took the time to explain me the best options to refinance my mortgage. I will come back as Brad have given me options I did not even consider before. Very educational and helpful visit.
