    The ATM is frequently nonfunctional, especially for making deposits, Very disappointed. It would be great if community members would garbage cans.

    Edit: Asking myself why I'm still dealing with this junk. Can you really not fix/maintain this ATM? Seriously fix your ATM. I shouldn't have to drive from bank to bank trying to find an ATM that I can deposit into. If the issue persists I'll take my business accounts elsewhere. Your staff already has an issue with being rude it seems.

    Locked my card for no apparent reason. I have plenty of funds. So awesome when you are at a checkout and card is declined for reasons unknown. It all came down to their error. Tracy at their branch was down right rude. Jennifer Reed treated my wife like trash and is just an example of poor service.

    I have used Regions Bank for Several years, Sandy and her team are wonderful people, they always treat me well and rarely do I ever have to wait in a long line when I go inside. I can't say enough about these guys. Great job all!!!

    Can't make deposits at the atm. They find literally any excuse to be closed. Closed on weekends. I really wish i didn't have to use banks at all.

    We came in with everything needed to open an account - The account was successfully opened & we went on with our everyday lives, UNTIL my husband swiped his card at Kroger. Declined. Swiped again. Declined. Hit the ATM. No access to our money. After HOURS of trying to get answers, turns out Scott from Riverside didn't copy our utility bill. Simple fix, right? WRONG! We were assigned this branch to deal with... It took 3 days, multiple trips, hours of waiting in long lines & chairs outside of cubicles to get verbal approval to have our money returned. When we show up to get it, guess what? We're told it isn't able to be released. Please note that we were very clear that ALL of our money was in that account, direct deposited. We were not allowed to touch a single penny for 3 days - no gas, no groceries, no kid's lunch money, no light bill, no prescriptions... NOTHING. There was not a single care given by the employees, Scott (who caused the problem), or the mysterious "back office" that was blamed for holding the funds. As a side hassle, the staffing was so sporadic, we had to start over on the situation day after day, providing the same utility bill to multiple employees, none of which bothered to process it to get the account unfrozen. In my hours of waiting, I heard multiple complaints at the teller line from people who were blocked from access to their money, "Bank Policy" was always the reason. Small checks held for 48 hours with no debit allowed, small business owner who couldn't get cash to buy used equipment because the account was a "Business Preferred" account, an overdrafted account that was brought current by last weeks payroll deposit that still couldn't get any money out after 7 days... Beware - If you need money on a daily/weekly basis, this is not the bank for you.

    I must say that the Bankers here are quite pleasant to work with thus far! I’ve worked with Mrs. Clark & Mrs. Dorris and both prove to be very knowledgeable in all areas of their positions and very patient in educating the consumer (me/us)! Happy 2020

    I am so pissed at this bank I can't even explain myself, I just lost my job because I'm joining the Navy in two months so I have not been able to put any money in my account for three or four months. So they close my bank account. I don't have enough money to reopen another one that's how I get paid, that's how I got all of my money and I close my bank account and they refused to open another one. I will never bank with regions again. They were so rude and unhelpful; screw that

    The 1 Negative thing about my Spouse using this Bank, is that they charge $2.50 just to check your Balance on other ATM's that aren't part of the Region.
