Had such a great experience with this sales team! Went in for a new car, was in and out the door in about two hours and couldn’t be happier with the car Tammy picked out for me. There were a few cosmetic issues that I noticed upon test drive but they said they would order the parts and repair them for me free of charge. They even filled the gas tank up before driving off the lot! Overall very happy I chose this used car lot and will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family :)

Wyatt Johnson auto credit was the absolute best place we have ever worked with ! It was easy and quick! They got us exactly what we wanted and worked with us the whole time! They are very friendly and very kid friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone needing a vehicle! The best experience I’ve ever had ❤️❤️ They’re the best. was in a pickle last year needed a car went all over town and found a 2008 ford edge they were very nice to us the process was fairly quick for a auto dealer price was higher that i would have liked. the car with in a year blew a head gasket, a transmission, the ac fan motor control module. being financed it had to be taken care of you get what you pay for there if you can afford new get new if you can you get from an actual dealership do that. these are the cars that are to old to many miles or straight up ticking time bombs. as far as paying for the car they were great even until the end when my wife got into an accident and they totaled the car thank god. long story short be aware of what you are buying there are not warranties and unless you find something upon test driving they may fix it. the reason for two stars is because the women in the payment center have been fantastic and I thank you ladies for making the payment portion super easy.

I got a car with the engine light on. They told me of was only a coil pack that has to be replaced. I took it to the repair shop. It was told to me that my car needed a new engine. I’m more pleased with the finance department because they were the ones to calm me down. I really feel like I bought my first lemon and I’m not pleased with that. I will never recommend anyone going to this dealership at all.

I came in at the beginning of July with a pretty low down payment and to no ones fault but my own I wasn’t able to get anything that day with what I had because of my credit, but maybe about a week or two later, Erin reached out to me and told me to come back with what I was able to save and she’d make sure I left happy. Which I did! I was able to find a car with a down payment of a little less than what I was told I would have to have. The process was VERY quick and easy! But I’m most impressed with how Erin cared enough to reach back out to me. Everyone is very nice and honest. They will do their best to get you what you want.

Walked in with a trade and a down payment after getting turned away at a local dealer for owing too much on my trade, got put into a newer minivan with more room for my family. Staff is extremely friendly, made me feel right at home. I was a little uneasy and thought I wouldn't get approved but I did and my payments are extremely high like most place. Just left with a new used vehicle and had a GREAT experience. I was skeptical about buying something used due to a bad experience from the past but Tammy and Rob were very reassuring and made me feel very comfortable and I also get the vibe that they genuinely wanted us to get the best deal on the most reliable vehicle they had to offer. Made a bet with rob over a corn hole trick shot for 2 tickets to a st Louis cardinals game, lost and he still gave me the ticket😁

I bought a vehicle thru Wyatt Johnson. It is easy to make a payment. Tammy and everybody that works there are very nice. They work hard to make sure you can get into a vehicle and you can afford the payments. So, I traded 1 vehicle in and Tammy was able to put me in the other vehicle. I drove the new vehicle home last night.

The personnel are absolutely wonderful to work with. They work with you and get you in the car you want. They went up and above to satisfy my car buying needs. 1 day after having my car I noticed an oil leak and contacted the dealership on that Monday. They had the car inspected and set up to have my car repaired at the main dealership. The turbo in the car was shot and they have paid for all the repairs.
