F&M Bank Franklin St, Clarksville

I called today asking about my bill pay and I got a sarcastic answer back from Joice. I would have appreciated her patience with me instead of making me feel stupid. Her manger needs to give her better customer service tips. Little does she know this was my first time doing bill pay and she made me feel like I was stupid.

I worked with Jason Hass and I highly recommend him as a loan officer. He knows his stuff and is just a great at helping you maneaver through this sometimes overwhelming mortgage process. He is also a great person!😁👍

I absolutely love this bank. We've used it for personal and business accounts for years, recently adding a HELOC and commercial real estate financing to our banking. I cannot complain a bit about the people. The online banking is a weak point, but it's made up for in personality of the people and how much help they offer every time I call on them. Five stars. I am not employed by or related to any employees of the bank.

Great , professional and makes you feel welcome

I almost do not have words for how appalled I am by this lender's dishonesty, disrespect and blatant disregard for something so important - a person's home. I understand that not every lender can make every loan work, but to affirm for weeks that the loan is a sure thing with no issues, then turn around two days before closing and state that an employment structure that had been disclosed to the lender for weeks is precluding the loan from being approved is absolute incompetence. Add to that the fact that the bank won't support the initial commitment - I would stay far away.

Chad was excellent! He was on top of everything, and a pleasure to work with. We felt great knowing he was handling our loan! He definitely took the fear or worry out of the equation and had great communication.
