I recently purchased a guitar here for a christmas gift and it was perfect! My husband loved it, and it was in perfect condition. The ladies were super nice helping me, especially the manager lady with the shorter dark hair. Highly recommend!

Great place, pleasure to do business with them! Purchased a TV and when I found it wasn't working properly I returned it and they gave a refund without any fuss. I plan to come back and look at the laptops and other electronics they have when I have the time!

I frequent Easy Pawn Clarksville on a minimum of once a month I have bought merchandise from those extraordinary employees that treat you like family ,they speak to you as soon as you walk through the door by at least one if not all , five stars are not enough for these people , just to mention a few, Thomas ,Roger , nardi, , Utah , rachel, Lisa and that’s not all of them but these I know on first name basis. They make you feel at home and work with you on the price of items you are wanting to purchase , Easy pawn has great employees , thank you in advance for my next purchase

Came in to purchase my first firearm, Nardi in the Caliber section was such great help!! He was very nice and professional. He answered any questions I had, He Really helped me find a good deal and something that worked for me. If I could give 10 starts I would!

I have been doing business with the fine folks at this location for years and they have always been great. They will work with you as long as you have open communication. They will do whatever they can for any situation I have had. Usually very busy. The manager genuinely cares about customers and it has been nothing but great working with her and her staff. I recommend everyone I can. Such great people. Thanks so much.

Called to check on some golf clubs my friend saw for sale. I called to inquire about them. The lady who answered left me on hold for thirty minutes. Poor service and I was only buying to help wounded Warriors. Sad and easy pawn does not support our military at all.

I have to say Lisa is amazing! I came in wanting to sell my wedding set so I could upgrade. She gave me a wonderful price plus she informed me that I could do layaway for a new set. She stayed with me for over an hour helping me build the perfect set. When I say build we literally searched for rings that would set nicely together. She made sure I was leaving a happy customer. I must say the set is beautiful. I couldn't have done it without her. Its more than you could imagine. This was the best pawn shop experience that I have ever had. I will definitely be back and encourage anyone to go there to see Lisa. She wont disappoint!

Easypawn is absolutely awesome. They have anything you want from games to movies to anything. They helped me with my laptop situation (have to replace it again) and I look forward to going again.

Says open till 6 but apparently they close whenever they feel like it. Idk what it is about clarksville, or maybe its the south in general but it seems like no one ever wants to do their job. "Scraping by doing the bare minimum" should be this towns slogan.

Went there to pawn a bunch of my tools in order to get my kids some Christmas gifts and was even considering buying a couple of items from that store if they weren't over priced to begin with and all I was offered for a 6 piece cordless set with 2 batteries and charger like brand new was 30 dollars max was told that they didn't sell for much and sitting right next to me as a Christmas sales item sits a 2 piece set in the worst of condition and didn't even have all the extras mine came with selling for 109 dollars after Mark down plus I had to wait for the manager for about 45 minutes to finish marking sales items for the shelves while another guy trying to get his wife wedding ring set out of pawn getting upset because they told him without a receipt he couldn't get it back even though he had proper ID I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy honestly

This staff is awesome, anytime I go in there I’m treated like family. Their always doing good fair business no feeling ripped off. Instead you leave feeling helped. Very professional site their customer service skills is why I am writing this review. Good business easy pawn staff!!

Always friendly and helpful. Amazing customer service and frankly they have way better prices than Cash America. I will only be using this pawn shop as long as it is around. 15/10 stars. The manager Roger was fantastic. Highly recommend.

I LOVE this pawn shop! No matter what time I go in, which is normally 5 mins before they close, they always go outta their way to answer all my questions and to help me. Plus anytime I need to pawn something they always give me the most possible money that they can. Even increasing the amount when I repawn something that has been pawned before. I highly recommend you going here over any other pawn shop in town.

My time at easy pawn was going just fine until a lady that works at this establishment I think her name is Rachel, she came out and was very rude she man handled my wooden violin as if it were like a tire at a tire shop and I pawned an electronic that she just kind of threw around which is bothersome because that will Remain my electronic, after I purchase it back of course. The overall attitude was not great, however Rachel’s attitude was very rude. I don’t know why she chooses to work somewhere just to treat people ugly. I work in customer service and would lose my job in a heart beat if I went around acting like that.
