Regions Bank W Main St, Dothan

I would highly recommend not using this bank! They will constantly lock your account then make excuses on why they can’t fix their error and then tell you that you will have to inconvenience your day to fix their screw up!!

It never fails that every time I come to this branch to make a deposit, that I spend 10-20 minutes in the drive thru. I just recently made a deposit and from what I could tell they had 2 out of 5 lanes open and only ONE PERSON working them. Multiple cars lined around the building. It took 10 minutes alone just for my one small deposit to be made. Extremely unacceptable.

We have always had great interaction with this branch. There is sometimes a wait but that is to be expected.

Worst drive through and front window service. Long wait times and long lines.

Worst bank ever!!!!!! Rude. Unhelpful. Won't give you your money. They tried to steal it instead.

This branch is the slowest bank I’ve ever been too. Customers are always lined up almost to the door with only one person working behind the counter. Others employees that are there watching the line back out of the door sit and do nothing to speed things up. They seem more busy trying to get new customers to open up new accounts so that those new members can just add to the line of people that they obviously aren’t equipped to handle as it is. This branch should really look into hiring more tellers so that people who have schedules can possibly have a chance to do other things that are more important

Good lord this bank is slow. Everyone who works here must be new. Half to wait half an hour every time just to pay my mortgage. One clerk open and a line is out the door.

Always a pleasant and friendly experience. We are met with a smile. The branch manager always seems to help if the teller line gets backed up. They make banking a pleasure.

I find ridiculous that you have to pay 3 dollars to cash a paycheck that is wrote on this bank. Smh!! The suppose to open at 9. At 920 I was still waiting.
