Easy Money Montgomery Hwy, Dothan

I have been here a few times, and have always experienced or witness terrible attitudes from the employees. I am leaving a review today because not only did she treat the customer before me terribly but she had a terrible attitude with me and was unable to help me. I understand some people may not like having to work but there is no excuse for such bad customer service if I were managing her she would definitely be fired. I did not get her name but I am sure anyone reading this knows who I’m speaking of.

I would like to start off first by saying this is a great company to work for.

They have no customer service at all I made the mistake of getting a title loan from them they never told me that I would only be paying the interest on it thank God I almost have it paid off, they look down on you and act as if they are doing you a favor by even talking to you. The place always stinks like funky feet and they don't care. Go someplace else.

They were awesome! Got me in and out! I recommend EVERYBODY to go see them! Thank y'all

Today I visited easy money the young that work there is very nice and they explain everything you need to know about making a loan with easy money and I will be tell everyone too visited this company for all they need

The customer service provided at this location is awesome. The ladies are always friendly, professional and standy ready to help however they can. I'm always satisfied with their service 😀

I love coming to this easy money they are really sweet kind and respectful. Coming here they make you feel like family

Horrible experience we have done business there every week to cash my husbands check and we go there, go this week and my husband was told by the worker that she believed he stole his paycheck and told him she believed he tried to cash it somewhere else and called his company to verify that isn’t wasn’t a stolen check and he goes there every single week!! They take pictures!!!! The worst experience every, very degrading and embarrassing, that goes beyond just checking on someone, to tell them they think they stole something!! Will never go back and yes they cashed it. Less than one star if I could, before that though they were good people.

I am so pleased to be referred to this company . Qanitah help me and she’s very knowledgeable and made this process go very smooth , she is a wonderful representative for the company . This was my first experience and there was excellent customer service . Thank you
