Regions Bank 7th St, Clanton

Nope go elsewhere or know your 100% not getting support. Their 24hr help line isn't available when the Branch is closed.. exactly the times you'd need it most. They call with a restricted number that looks like a scammer late at night, hang up on you, lock your card, then you have to Wait from SAT till Tuesday to get it fixed.

DO NOT BANK WITH REGIONS! If you are not always on the watch of your money and how it flows in and out of regions this bank isn’t for you. They will steal your money and act like it was something you did. They never admit to their wrongdoings and always blame them on any and everything else. I’ve watched this bank go downhill for years. I’ve had an account for almost 20 years, but something these last two years have changed and their processing is basically stealing money. If I didn’t screenshot everything, they were literally almost about to steal $210 today. Also i had to talk with them last Friday about the same thing. Save yourself the trouble and go with a legit bank that doesn’t give headaches or steal your money!

I was inside Thursday 3-5-2020. Line was long only 1 teller. People in line were rude,saying worse then Walmart. Employees still smiled and very friendly. Proud to use this bank.

The worst bank in clanton. Due to them not having a full staff. You will wait for an hour to cash a check. They need to have more tellers there working. It has gotten ridiculous with the long wait times.

Hope you don’t have to use the ATM machine at this regions location, because the ATM machine is ALWAYS DOWN.

I worked with this bank to get my elderly mother’s bank statements from a few years ago for an IRS audit. Even though my mother is no longer a member of this bank, they went out of their way to find the documents and to fax all 100+ pages to us. We had a lot of technical issues receiving the files, but Lilly was incredibly patient and accommodating. Very thankful for the professionalism and customer service of the team at this branch. Thank you!

The drive thru here often has one teller working 3 lanes, Use to have two until they relocated people. The commercial drive thru lane allows consumers to use it and they need to enforce the commercial only down that lane for businesses at least during the morning hours. The girls that use to work the drive thru were so fast with the transactions.

Rude. Not helpful and always feel unwelcome there.

It would be great if Regions would not let Looms Armour service block the ATM at the Clanton branch especially during lunch.🤦‍♂️
