ASE Credit Union - Clanton Woodfin Ln, Clanton

For a few years now, and continuing, ASECU has been my go to financial services store. It has delivered every single time I have made a request of it, short or long term. Commend the manager and the assistant manager who make it their business to suggest workable alternatives, to what is not readily available. PROMPT describes the entire staff.

Joanne was wonderful in helping me with my auto loan and answered all of my many questions. She explained everything perfectly.

It is always a pleasant experience when I go to ASE Clanton branch. JoAnn is the best! If I have a question or need help with a transaction she is always there to help. Getting a loan can sometimes be unnerving but JoAnn makes the process easy and painless. I feel like she is looking out for my best interest! Way to go ASE! I am a customer for life.

Joann Prough is without a doubt the best loan officer that I have ever worked with. She is a great example of customer service. She is knowledgeable, efficient, and great at what she does. During the lending search process, I had several institutions offer me better rates but I turned them down because of my desire to work with Mrs. Joann. I never had to wait one single time on anything she completed for me. I will continue to use ASE Credit Union as long as Mrs. Joann is there!

The ladys at the branch are amazing! Stephanie Gray worked hard for 2 days to help us get in the truck we wanted, and the payments we were happy with. If you need a loan for any reason, go see her. If you have a will, she will find a way no matter how long she has to work on it. It is a pleasure to do business with ASE. I feel like our financial security is in the perfect hands. They put their customers first always.

The Clanton branch of ASE Credit Union is the best financial institution I have worked with by far! JoAnn Prough has helped me on several occasions to finance new automobiles. She has worked hard to make the process as smooth as possible for me, and has done so without a doubt. A dealership tried their best recently to get me to use their lenders for financing. I told them there was no way that was going to happen! JoAnn was my first and only call! I have also worked with Ashlee Wilson on a few things with my checking account, and she has been wonderful as well! I have to drive an hour and a half to get to the Clanton branch from where I live to do any business in person, but I have absolutely no problem doing so because of the "banking experience" I receive from the folks at ASE Credit Union. It is exactly what I expect from my bank!

Joann Prough is the best! I have never used another loan officer and don’t plan on it! I have had multiple loans through ASE and the process has always been so easy with Joann! She is always very helpful, answers any questions, and responds so quickly! Couldn’t recommend Joann and the Clanton ASE branch enough!! :)

ASE Clanton staff is awesome. My whole family has accounts there and we all love the friendly staff always willing to help with anything we need. So kudos to all the ladies at Clanton branch keep up the good work
