    I drive 20 ml to kiss the door! I need deposit money for pay my bills! "System down" 2 months ago I come to use Western Union...NO ONE in this branch know HOW use it!!! I been with Region for over 20 years...I think it time to found new bank 😭

    Called just to ask about an item posted on our checking and teller Chelsea ripped our head off! Very rude, argumentative, aggressive, arrognant. No one should be talked to in a demeaning way!

    I generally have a great experience when interacting with personnel at Regions; however, on Monday, June 7th, I spoke with the Branch Manager here in Clermont, Florida, who said her name is Lizandra Lembeck. She was one of the RUDEST people that I have encountered in a very long time in a business setting. She needs some intense training on customer service. I would like to know where to go with my concerns since the online pathway is quite confusing. Regions would fare well to rethink this woman's position. We are living in very unusual and trying times right now and the last thing needed is to have to deal with someone of this nature. I hope that Regions Bank takes this seriously.

    The manager and teller both lied to my attorney and also the manager, she took legal info to freeze account when I personally visited but never did so which ended up having money keep draining out of deceased family member’s account for months. I would never recommend this Clermont branch because of the people work there. Bank lying to customer? That’s just wrong.

    I have accounts in 4 different banks in town and this is by far the one I regret using. worst branch ever.

    The only experience I have here is with safe deposit boxes and its always been fantastic. There is always someone who greets me when I walk in and they are sure to make your experience a warm one. If I still used a brick and mortar bank (opposed to online banks), I'd definitely chose Regions based on the service at this location.

    I had an issue with another bank and the branch manager is definitely the customer's advocate. She was incredibly helpful and puts her customers first.
