Closed all my accounts after being a long time SunTrust Premier Client. The service received from my Client Rep Jhoanny Cardenas was deplorable rude and downright disrespectful!!! Her inability to follow up on a small issue and her condescending attitude when talking to me was unbelievable. I hope she takes a customer service class to improve her attitude and rude behavior!!!

I went in to cash a check that was made from this bank. I waited in a long line. I get in front of the teller to be told. We will charge you an $8.00 fee to cash your check. Since when? The lady was flippant and could care less. I said, no thank you and deposited into my credit union account. No charge there. The lady looked happy that I declined and even did a fake looking yawn when I asked her about the fee. I don't recommend this nickle and dime you over everything to keep your money bank. The cashiers here look like they hate their lives and it shows with their lack of customer courtesy.

If I could give a half star, I would. I've been with this location for just over a month and have already had 4 major inconveniences. I had just gotten married and needed a new card. They sent me one with my old name, one with my new last name spelled wrong, and then when they ordered one with the correct information, they had locked the card I was using to pay for things while I wait for the card to come in, without my permission and never told me until I had to pay for gas and my card got declined. I'm switching to Chase with my husband.

Absolute worst customer service!!!! I use this account for 1 job I do once a year and still have issues with them. I bank at 3 other banks and they go out of their way to make sure you are happy and help with anything you may need. This bank, however, is by far the worst bank I've ever dealt with. Everyone in there is rude and not helpful at all. They act like they dont have the time for you, although they are all sitting around on their behinds and not one customer in the building. Every issue I've had has been with another company scamming me and removing funds from my account which BBnT then makes sure they charge their 36.00 fees and tells me to get with the company that fraudulently charged me to get my money back. Just horrible!!!

Lets start off that I have had an account for over 2 years with bb&t. We are a multimillion dollar business. I made three deposits from the same client from the same bank account. The first one went through normal channels and was cleared the next day. Linda who is a manager at this branch decided a few days later to authorize a hold on the next two checks I received for less than 2000.00 each. The checks deposited she placed over a 7 day hold when they are drawn on Wells Fargo. Keep in mind I have never had a returned deposit on my account since I opened the account. I have deposited over 750,000.00 in this account since opening it. After this incident I filed a complaint with the corporate office in North Carolina. If you have had any trouble or issues with this branch please file a complaint with the corporate office or the federal government. This branch needs to be investigated for its practices. I have called Wells Fargo and the checks I deposited cleated Friday night (the day I deposited them). bb&t, especially this branch and Laura do not appreciate the business that corporations or individuals give to them. I have read other reviews on here and I think something needs to be done. I’m glad that I mainly use the Nashville Tennessee branch which seems to know how to treat customers.

I see these low ratings and am unsure why. I'm basing my review on my 3 year experience with the tellers as I've only spoken to a manager once whom I would consider not very friendly or personable, but got the job done. Dealing with all of the tellers at the Clermont location on a weekly basis has been a joy. They always know my name. They are friendly, polite and personable. They always ask about me and my family and in several instances have gone the extra mile to accommodate my banking needs. It's always a pleasant experience.

Emailed my branch mgr to apply a payment I sent in to principal. She called saying she ll get back to me after doing so. After 3 weeks of it not happening I called and emailed back. I get a response from this other guy saying that things happened and thats why is wasent done. I m currently in process of transferring my auto loan. If you are in Clermont Fl area. Stay away from Reshia, Guy and BB&T all together. Look at their reviews in general. That should guide you away

Drive thru always takes 30 min or longer just to make a deposit that’s insane i can understand one time but i have been there 3 or 4 different times if your looking for fast service don’t come here

I went in to have a document notarized and they wouldn't do it because I am not an account holder, even after offering to pay knowing it's a professional service. I work in basically the same parking lot and have taken care of their employees and their clients. Not exactly the experience I expected....
