As a lifelong member of Additions Financial, I have always received very good service. With many transactions required, I decided to do a walk in at the Clermont location. Clean, well staffed and very courteous. I would like to offer a special thanks to team member Tee/Tyler. Extremely efficient and knowledgeable with the transactions I required, explaining verbally and in writing all we accomplished. I am very pleased with Additions and Tee/Tyler.

Awesome customer service always at Addition Financial in Clermont, FL. I went in to refinance my car to a better finance rate and Laura Ousley processed my loan. She was wonderful to work with and the process went very quickly. I also want to mention Ricky Hines, customer service rep, who mentioned making an appointment to get a better rate. My experience over nearly forty years with Addition has been excellent. That is why I have remained a member whether living in Florida or elsewhere. The institution is technically excellent, professional and friendly. It is also personal. Lisa Tompkins, at the CLERMONT branch is a good example of all of the above.

Ricky is the best part of the branch here. If you were to compare Ricky's work to that of art none would suffice. Comparing his customer service to the Mona Lisa or the ceiling of the Sistine chapel ,these beautiful wonders, would still pale in comparison. Would you compare an orange to the Hope diamond? No. In the same way, Ricky's customer service dwarfs the stagnation of waiting in line. Turning a trip to the bank from an errand into a entertaining experience. In terms of effectiveness, humor, and likeability there are none, who stand taller. Ricky gets a 👍 in my book.

AdditionFi Clermont handles our church accounts. In the four years we have banked there, I have never had a poor experience. Anyone I have dealt with has been friendly, helpful, and efficient. I see and deal with Ricky the most, and I feel like we have become old friends. He is always pleasant and knows just what we need done. He is also one that will offer other services if something comes up he thinks they can help with, but never applies pressure in any way. I have been meaning to move my personal accounts there, just haven't gotten around to it yet.
