I’ve been a Regions customer since they were Amsouth, which is approximately 25 years at this point. I am soooo tired of being harassed at the drive through because the tellers don’t understand how a calculator works. They are rude and apparently it puts them out to accept my deposits twice a week. It’s a huge pain to change banks because I have approximately 8 accounts including business and personal. But guess what, I’m sick of the poor customer service and this is the last straw. Good luck Regions! You’re fired!

I had an excellent experience at this bank yesterday! Mr. Downs helped me open a new account and he couldn’t have been anymore nice or informative. I recommend this bank to everyone if your looking for good customer service and security.

I'm tired of dealing with their nonsense. I keep saying I'm going to leave them. I've been with them since 2002, and over the last 3 years I've had nothing but issues with the place. Never once have I had a bounced check, or an overdraft, but yet they have no loyalty to helping out the customer. I'm going to be finding a new place for my banking needs.

Visited this Branch on a Saturday 07/20/19 Andrew Nicol was the banker that assisted us. This guy has the brains of tomato plant. How he got his position is beyond me other then he has some really close family or friends that’s above him. He had a excuse for everything we were trying to get done. Needless to say it was a Saturday and he was ready just to get out of that bank and get home. Never had this kind of experience from any other branch in my 20 plus years banking with Regions. Needless to say I will never visit this branch eve again!

I OPEN AN ACCOUNT IN THIS BANK WAS THE WORST THING I DID YESTERDAY DEPOSIT A CHECK AND THEY TOLD ME THAT TODAY MY FUNDS WOULD BE AVAILABLE AND FOR MY SURPRISE I WILL PAY MY CAR AND NOOOO THERE FUNDS I CALL AN THEY SAID ON THE 14TH OF JANUARY MY FUNDS GONNA BE ABLE TOMORROW THEY WILL TAKE MY CAR FROM ME IF I DON'T PAY ... The lobby is closed for cash business. You are asked to go to the drive-thru. With 2 branches in town closed the number of people trying to do business is high. I'm not sure what the problems are, but the wait time in the drive-thru was over 40 minutes. I called inside the bank and he didn't really seem to care. There are 4 lanes and kid you not, there were only 4 cars in front of me. I'm not sure why they don't care about customer service, but they don't.

I brought my sister to the bank to open a new account. Every thing went well other than they were not helpful with assistance on setting up the online banking app.Also they couldn't produce a simple folder for all of her paper work. It was irritating. Regions should pay attention to detail with helping a new customer.

If you don't bank there the ATM will charge you 6.50$ to pull out money which is extremely over priced
