When it was SunTrust it was amazing. Now that it's trust it is so bad. Friday afternoon 1 teller working drive thru 1 working lobby. Long waits customer service is not bad but staff up on Paydays. Should not have line to the door every single day. Please go back to Sun Trust

Employees are nice but easily the worst branch I’ve witnessed. Either they don’t have what I need, or it takes a half hour to get it done. Corporate has really done these employees dirty. Only branch in town and it shows every single time I’m there.

This is by far the worst bank I have ever dealt with. My truck is finianced here. I bank at a local credit union. Because I dont bank here I cannot pay my truck online. I have too come here once a month with cash and wait 30 minutes to an hour to make a payment. I know the employees here get paid by the hour but when 1 person is working and the rest are walking around drinking coffee not being productive its sad.

Always slow and rude , won’t cash a check because I don’t have a personal account but I have a business account and business credit card

Horrible experience! Horrible bank! They will not help you with anything they are clueless to what they are doing! They closed my account for no reason! When I asked why they said they can with no explanation! My account was always in good standing! Now they held all of my money and are sending me a check for nothing I did. Don’t bank here!

Always a long line inside and now they refuse to accept cash deposits. They will only use one teller inside even though there are six openings for tellers to bring the line down. I only go here once a month as my landlord banks here, but I dread it. Every. Single. Time.

worst service ever had. I have account in TN and people are professional and friendly here. When we started the business in Panama, I chose them again. But things are such different! Staffs are rude and don’t know what they should do. They keep having me back to branch because every time they’d miss some documents. Their credit card application center don’t have people to translate for non English speakers and they do not accept their families to do that. Awful!!!

Despite what's going with Covid etc the tellers provide great service! I've had multiple accounts with them for many many years and have never had any issues with them whatsoever. Always friendly and courteous. If you handle your monetary affairs responsibly you will probably never have any issues. They have went out of their way many times for last minute requests I made. Love my bank!🙂

The first time I've tried to come to the bank in a year and they are closed because of an emergency. So I go to the one on Harrison and wait 20 minutes. I have a government check I need to deposit and get $300 cash back. They say they have a policy they cant give cash back on a check that is not from SunTrust. So here I am a SunTrust customer of 10+ years and I'm going to cash my check at publics. I will be closing my account with this half dead bank that hardly has any open banks anyway. Their name is misleading they call themselves SunTrust but they dont trust their long time customers.

Half the employees just sitting around Waited 30 minutes with bank empty 3 people only
