I've banked with innovations for about six years, I come through the teller at least once a week and all I've had are pleasant experiences with Pam Nickey! She is friendly, super helpful and always makes me feel welcome. Thank you for making my experience great!

I love Mrs.Kelley!! She has helped me and my family so much . I appreciate her and how patient and caring she has always been . I hear plenty of horror stories about terrible banker tellers how they don’t care or are not trying to help accordingly . Thank you Mrs.Kelley for all you do !

If you can get over the fact they're closed Saturday and Sunday, IFCU is one of the best and innovative financial institutions I've ever used. The locations with coin machines charge no fee to members, the layout is so open and transparent I literally almost lost my balance upon first entry trying to find the teller station (at the Harrison Dr location) and they don't waste your time filling out paperwork that they just shred anyways. Members can literally walk in with money in hand and say "deposit this to my account". Everything is done at the computer which seems to make their wait times extremely short but maybe I've just gotten lucky so far. They also have an excellent handle on the bleeding edge of technology. There is no wait for a debit card in the mail, your card is printed on the spot, I see online money transfers in or removed from my account within seconds of them posting to their host site, their site is small and minimalistic to help optimize its mobile performance and their app has a very aesthetically pleasing layout. One more important caveat: You cannot deposit cash into an ATM if you are considered a "new member" (6 months or less). This led to a great deal of driving and frustration on my part late one night as the ATMs are not clear as to why they are rejecting your money but make it seem as though that *particular* machine does not accept cash.

My husband and I just left after 25 minutes waiting to talk to someone. The place was empty and not one employee even as much acknowledged us sitting in lobby or standing in front of the office .

Can't get through over the phone. Just get transferred to voicemail and dialed back and got no one.

EXTREMELY unprofessional. I should not have to call you 6 times and wait a week for a problem to get fixed. Trish and Alexandria have no idea how to do their jobs. Notes were supposed to be made yet I had to explain everything multiple times. Trish then proceeded to cut me off, interrupt me and raise her voice. This is the worst way I’ve ever been treated. So much for customer service. If I could give no stars I would. Closing my account and going elsewhere.

Amgela is the most professional & caring bank associate I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. She definitely goes above & beyond the call of duty to assist you.

This is Innovations worst location. I have been to some of their other locatioms and they are fine. This one in particulor, I dont like. In general I've had some bad experiances here.
