After a rude encounter with this locations Branch manager Cassie Presley and a customer service representative by the name of Taylor Clayton I will go to another Regions branch from now on. After two visits wasting my gas and them lying about receiving an important fax that they needed I just don’t want to even visit that branch again. I do rate Josh Jones with a 5 star he was very professional and handled our situation with ease! If you need to go to this branch ask for Josh Jones. He’s awesome! The others have stuck up attitudes.

The tellers at this bank have the absolute worst customer service and are extremely rude. I advise everyone to stay far away from this bank solely based on the staff they keep on hand. Learn better customer service.

    Response from the owner

I suggest a more professional staff. “You don’t use mobile banking or anything” is not very polite when someone wants to check for pending transactions. “I mean, there is three pending transactions.” Just does not sound very professional nor friendly!

    Response from the owner

Oh, no! Our team would like to review these concerns and have this information documented. If can call you, please send us an email to [email protected]. A member of our team can call you. -Ana

If you're having issues with your account, this isn't the branch you want to call. I've had 3 separate instances where I needed assistance and I was told by workers at this location "sorry, we can't help you." Today was no different. Amazingly when I call another branch 5 minutes later, I received IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE... EVERY SINGLE TIME! Problem solved. Regions is great, but this location SUCKS.

I'm a foreigner, I don't live in the United States and I don't have an SSN. I went to Regions and they said that I could open an account without the SSN, I opened the account, but until today I can't access my account, to access online I need to have an enrollment id and the bank never gave it to me. This branch just apologizes and doesn't do anything to solve the problem, they said I should apply for an ATIN, but I went to the counter and to open ATIN you need to declare tax here, but I didn't receive income last year in the United States to get ATIN and also declare receipt in my country. How do you open the account without providing all the necessary information? I think this bank is unprepared, they gave me wrong information when opening the account and now I have an account that I can't use, for everything they ask me to go in person, it's 2022 and I can't do anything online, detail that I don't live in the United States. I don't recommend this bank.

    Response from the owner

Unfortunately I am the Treasurer of an HOA Association that still uses this pathetic of an excuse bank (I was smart enough to leave Regions over 20yrs ago). Had to make a deposit for the association and have been sitting in this branches drive thru for over 20 minutes now (probably be closed before I can make the deposit and it’s only 2:35). As usual with Regions, they only have 2 lines open and probably one person working. Regions bank has never cared about its customers, but at least they are consistent. Look forward to moving the HOA account to another bank which after today’s experience will be doing so.

    Response from the owner

The tellers at this location ALWAYS have the worst attitude on a weekly basis. I have had 10+ negatives experiences here ranging from poor attitude to being profiled. Ive recently decided to drive 15+ miles to another branch for my banking needs. The sad part, after going to different branch and explained why i was switching i was told by 3 employees " We hear that all the time, we have many customers who have switched due to staff issues" Terrible way to run a business.
