Jessica helped me get approved for a loan today. She was very fast and very friendly. I don’t know much about how loans work but she helped to explain it to me in a way that I can understand. And walked me through the whole process. All in all I had a great experience today. And will gladly be back if I ever find myself needing a loan again

I was on the phone wlfor like 2hrs with this business & they were EXTREMELY professional. The woman who helped me was named Jessica & if y'all go thru this business I say ask for her, she was nice, she waited for me to get my account stuff situated, she helped as I needed it. I recommend it.

This is about the 3rd time the black woman that works there has been rude af. Last time we had 4 people waiting in line in the chairs. The first guy in line went up to the window twice and she said she "wasn't ready". Probably on her phone? So after about 20 minutes of waiting, I walked out again (not the first time either). Before that the store didn't open for another two minutes. I walk in and she said "We don't open for another two minutes, can't your read".
