Regions Bank 3rd St, Neptune Beach

Called put on hold, waited, hang up, called again, put on hold again. Hang up called back, when woman wanted to put me on hold again, I told her I want to speak to bank manager. It's 9:20 am and was told she was not in until 12:00pm. The only way to talk to these people is the phone, I can't just walk into speak to the manager without an appointment. It should not be this hard to speak to a banker.

This particular branch irritates me every Friday. I had a problem with the app and came in. I was accused of forgetting my password, not re-downloading the app, and not knowing how to turn my phone off. SHE put in my username in wrong. Twice. I wanted to know why I’m being charged late fees when I haven’t been sent a bill or notice. No answers to either. The poor attitude, and the long wait times while EVERYONE is open, every time I’m here, is ridiculous. I’ll just drive the 6-7 miles away to the monument office from now on.

Every time I cash a t check I hand over the endorsed check and identification, Always the teller in the drive thru asks do I want it deposited or cashed !!! I have been banking LOOOOOO before she was even born, I know enough to fill out a deposit slip if i want it deposited. Is that question asked because I am a senior citizen????

DO NOT BANK WITH THIS BRANCH! Most unfriendly representatives/employees. Each time I spoke with someone they were not polite, acted annoyed and were not helpful. I even had to file a claim to retrieve money from a closed account of mine. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

6 people in at work. 2 actually working. 1 customer in front of me 2nd customer was me. 10 min wait. Other 4 employees chit chating. Wont ever open a checking acct here ever Headed to jax federal Dueces! If i could give u negative stars. Ud have em

why can I not call my branch?? I keep getting sent to a "green line" place where there is always at least a 10 minute wait on hold to talk to a live person. This is not okay!!! Then the live person is not even at my branch but some call center and can't help me any more than the robo voice.

Want to charge me $2 to cash a check from their bank. Never will come back to this bank. These banks like to nickel and dime customers to death.
