Horrible, Ran like a gas station, Very Poor Customer service... They always seem to close 10 mins early using the excuse the drawers have already been balanced out. The lobby is never open. The tellers are never any help. It gives the Regions bank overall a bad name and look. I’m canceling my longstanding account with them and moving to a better bank. Would not recommend!

None of the banks have a local number , i called the 800 number recording time stated the wait time was a min of 15 min

The 2 women that were working in the bank today at 1:50 were very rude. When trying to explain another woman walked up like we were in the street. What was she gone do through a glass, idk? Will not be coming back.
