This store the employee's are awesome and all them have great personalities. And they give great deals on everything. I would highly recommend this store for jewelry, games ect.

The women tried to argue with me because they couldn't get the labtops unlocked! After telling me to come back 3 days in a row "It'll be unlocked" I still never received my laptop. They fact that she tells me to take it although its locked was highly unprofessional and rude. Your selling an item so its your job to have the password to the item or at least have to unlocked. Not to tell the customer angrily they can either take it with it locked or just forget about it. After having me wait 3 days .

This pawn shop lies,cheats, and steal your things just for them to make money. They gave me a due date then went in to the computer and changed the due date for they could keep my stuff so NO THIS ISN'T A GOOD PAWN SHOP. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!!!! AND THEY HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY TALK TO YOU ANY WAY THEY WANT.

It's always that Dark complexion female with the messed up Raggedy weave that always has an attitude or a snarky smart remark to LITERALLY everything a customer has to say. I really cant understand why she is still employed here with her unprofessionalism and no sense of the words Customer Service. She asked how could she help me and when I asked her if I can get 15 dollars for a pawn on a game she acted as if she was lost and I had just spoken a foreign language rather than clarifying what I was trying to ask she sarcastically ignored me cracked a joke with of her co workers until I clarified myself for her. She then went on to ask me why u was asking for so much money knowing good and well that's usually how things go at a pawn shop. It was more but I'm just beyond done with that place. Visit at your own risk. I'll find out her name then post it

It's kind of a 50/50 for me. I had a decent experience the first time I had some older jewelry and sum other sorted things they gave me a decent amount for. But, when it came to the second time, mind you ive done business wit em before. I had a new double din head unit that they I guess havent seen before it was a android tablet that was a head-unit pretty much it was $650 new and all I wanted to do was a loan on it. (Oh and by the way I only wanted to do was $100). Anyway because I said it was (NEW) she stood there and asked if I had the box and the recipt..... I laughed thinking it was a joke and she kept looking at me and I said no then she said they couldnt take it and if they did she said we would offer to buy it for 45 bucks. I laughed and said no way in hell...

The pawnshop is horrible I wouldnt recommend it , it’s a no for me
