Our journey began with Ed who was very informative who gave us the things we needed to do to make our dreams come true of owning a home. The work was hard inand those 24 months we always had a phone call or email from Ed just checking on us and our progress. He was so thorough with step by step instructions if we had questions he was there and sometimes more than many times a day or night. Nikki took complete control over everything we worked hand-in-hand she is one of the most hard-working diligent get the job done person we had ever met. the stress of our loan and going through it in a pandemic did not throw Nikki off not one step. The support we received from Nikki and Ed was priceless. There are mortgage companies everywhere, we were blessed by finding regional mortgage and having Ed Zulegler and Nikki as our guide our lifeline and our confidence. They have customers for life with us. We closed on our new home!! Only because the hard Nikki and Ed put into this loan is why we were able to buy our dream home.
