Ken was awesome. Helped me set up a new policy, change my current policy in a quick call over the phone. Wouldn't work any other insurance agent out there. By far the best experience I've ever had with an insurance company. Ali was also great when I set up my initial policy so I was happy to learn they both worked in the same office. Definitely made life easier.

Ken was excellent in explaining everything I should know about purchasing car insurance. I'm very new to a lot of these processes, but he patiently answered every question and even went out of his way to ask for information I didn't even think to provide so that I could get the best deals possible. He is completely unbiased as an agent and helped me shop around before I decided to go with Liberty. I'm excited and happy to have him as my new agent! I left the conversation not only feeling safe and insured, but knowledgeable and confident as well!

Ken called me while I was at work to inform me my discount was going to expire soon. But he had another solution for me and actually ended up saving me more money. I just thought that was really nice of him to go out his way to not only call to inform me, but to work his magic to save me money. He is definitely a rare breed. As I stated to Mr.Horn I was Looking for different insurance quotes last night and was so overwhelmed I completely gave up. What a blessing when Mr. Horn reached out to me this morning to check to see if I was interested in him checking for quotes for me as well. Ken was very patient and explained all my options for house and auto insurance. Extremely knowledgeable. Answered all my questions…even ones I had regarding life insurance. Felt very comfortable switching over my insurance policies to the insurance company he represents.

I contacted Kenneth Horn's office on January 29th of 2019 with an urgent issue about my Liberty Mutual Auto Insurance policy that I had with him. His staff told me that he would call me back that day because my issue was urgent. It is now April of 2022, and I am still waiting for that call three years later. That day when I had the urgent issue, I had to just try to deal with it on my own, because Kenneth never returned my call.

I am not paid to leave this review. I recently added my 20 year old son to my insurance and woah, sticker shock. I knew my insurance would jump up but didn't figure on how much. I was with my previous insurance for years. When I added my son they never tried to get me better discounts or nothing. I started shopping insurance online. I was getting a quote thru liberty mutal and got so the way to the end and noticed something on the quote I really didn't understand so I was prompted to call them or a local agent. I chose local and ended calling up Kenneth Horn and talking to Autumn. Can I just say she was the nicest insurance agent I have spoken to in the last week, while shopping insurance. She took her time, was super transparent, answered every question and told me things I didn't even know about my insurance policies. Talking to her was like talking to one of my friends, super chill but very professional at the same time. In this phone call she saved me a ton of money. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anybody. Actually one of my friends is calling her tomorrow. If you need insurance call her! She was definitely worth a 5 star rating. That's hard to do now a days. You will not be disappointed.
