I’ve had 2 loans with RF. Customer service has been fine. And I don’t have any of the complaints that other people have shared. I also make all of my payments on time so maybe that’s why I have not had negative interactions with staff. RF sends text messages to remind you a payment is coming up and will send a 2nd text to let you know it’s due if you did not pay already. Making payments is super easy online and it’s also great because you can see your loan balance. In the future if I needed another loan I would def consider using them.

Times are tough during Covid-19 but I don't qualify for help b/c I was up to date on my account. Had an automatic draft get sent back but called and payed as soon as I was aware. Employee calls me in March stating it happen again so I setup a payment and NEW POLICY I knew anything about declines my card again for the date. Now I cannot pay with a card at all, but must go to the store or gon get,get a money order. Kyle the manager plays games and sent me to the automatic store portal instead of the corporate number. I do the research to find the correct number and they tell me that the Districtanager will contact me within 24-48 hours. I do hear anything back after 4 days so I call again. The lady at corporate calls Kyle again and he tells her to tell me nothing bwill be done. I'm willing to pay and you guys don't want the money but keep threatening me about taking further actions against my credit etc.

Manager is a Total @zz...Chade Rogers ,Rude and will talk over you. Do not do business with this company if they hire people like that. And don't ever threaten me again, or I will have the police at your office.

I was helped and have no negatives about RF. Was helped by Bridget. Super easy to work with and very pleasant on the phone.

Great customer service. Always helpful if I needed anything or has questions about anything. All around good place.

This is the absolute worst place ever! Another review stated that they send text messages when a payment is due, well I never received a text message. The manager is extremely unprofessional and very argumentative with customers. I will be paying this loan off ASAP and will never ever do business with them again! The branch manager lies and makes threats by saying that if the payment is a day late that the loan is in default. Well I am educated enough to know the difference between a delinquent payment and a default. Again this is the worst place to do business with! Please run far away and rip up any checks or solicitations for loans from them!

Rude. I went to apply for a loan for getting behind on bills because of my health. I reached out to this location and I spoke to a lady and she was nice and she said did my application over the phone. She pulled my credit score and said she definitely think she could help me and she would call the next day. The next day came- no call. So I called around lunch time and this other lady picked up the phone and said she was on another call but she will call me back. I called 3 hours later and the same lady who was rude picked up again and put me on hold and said I was denied but couldn’t tell me any details... I kept asking why she said the other lady sent me a letter in the mail. At the end of the conversation she stated oh can you tell your husband to call us... first off I’m unaware of the loan and 2. We are separated so that was not called for or she should of asked do I know him. Don’t assume someone stays with me or that if my address is used don’t ASSUME. I will NEVER recommend this place.

Even in dire situations, do not apply here, manager doesn't listen to reason for any situations. Your chances are better not applying vs applying for anything with this company. At all cost go elsewhere. If I can give it 0 stars I would. When I arrived there, it took the kindness of one rep to help me when the others did not acknowledge a customer was there who needed assistance. Thanks but no thanks. Regardless of the outcome, it is a life lesson learned.
