SCAM ALERT. SCAM ALERT. SCAM ALERT This place is a total rip off. They are robbing the community blind. Interest is charged daily (completely understandable) but when my principle balance continues to increase instead of decresing, thats a problem. Never late on a payment and most of the time I made payments early. It doesnt make since and even the employees are not able to explain the system they use. They just say that it's computer generated. CLASS ACTION SUIT PENDING.... Low ratings on BBB as well

Jovannate did a great job of taking care of my needs and helping me with my financial issue.

Don’t get a loan or business with these people. They don’t care about you or what’s going on around the world right now. I explained I can’t make payments due to not having a job and that I have looked for work but no one is hiring in what I do. I have even applied to lower paying jobs to make something work out. My spouse was also laid off and her unemployment hasn’t come in yet. And even when it does we are struggling to try to pay rent, bills ect... Her income will be supporting a family of 6, including myself. Person I spoke to suggested I’d borrow the money to pay or that they couldn’t do anything for me but report missing payment to my credit.

UPDATE TO MY PREVIOUS POST..... I did originally have a very good experienceand believe that this company had helped me a lot. that was until I got very very sick and had to have a major life-changing surgery that's when I found out what they were really about. In good faith I contacted management to inform them of my situation. They seemed very understanding it was all a facade. From that point forward they proceeded to continually call my phone starting at 7:30 a.m. every morning and continued to call every half hour until 9 p.m.. they have even broken the law by calling all of my friends all of my relatives.... And actually told them that I was late on my loan payment which is illegal. I called and spoke with the manager and told her to stop it immediately because it's illegal. I was told to pay my bill on time and I wouldn't be harassed!!! I told her you are kidding me right??? I will never ever do business with this company again. I plan to report them to every agency that I can possibly report them to. So at this point I blocked them on my phoneso now they have resorted to calling from anonymous phone numbers the harassment is non-stop I am documenting everything. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH REGIONAL unless you enjoy being harassed threatened and annoyed. these are the most rudest people I have ever dealt with in my life. They could care less that I had a life-threatening medical condition happen nor did they care when I told them I get one paycheck per month from Social Security which was stolen from me from some hacker while I was in hospital. Bottom-line they just don't care about anything but the almighty buck but yet they will represent themselves as a savior and angel in your darkest hour of need. DONT FALL FOR IT..... There's a special place in hell for people like this.....

This is a scam. Irving, Lisa and the other lady up there are very rude. Gave them everything I needed got approved for the additional money then when it was time for me to receive this money they say I got denied? They are trying to run your credit for there benefit beware!!
