Great pawn shop. I like that they're open on Sunday. The people super friendly and helpful. Even on Sunday!

All of their used Firearms were priced around $50-$100 over NEW prices, most looked like they haven’t been cleaned this decade and a few were rusty. I doubt they have an armorer evaluate their guns before resale. If you shop used goods always make sure to google their worth, Buyer’s ignorance is why they feel they can overcharge.

Great place. I have never paid full price for anything here. Blurays, Electronics, or Firearms. It’s one of the only places that isn’t price gouging on firearms. Ask for Christopher, he is great, he’ll get you a deal on anything. It’s about 15 miles from me and i’ll make the drive just to come here. Only thing i don’t like, is if you put something on layaway, you can’t see it again until you pay it off. And if you want to cancel a layaway, you have to go when the store owner is there because he handles the layaway, but he doesn’t have to be there to PUT something on layaway.

Walked in and the energy was unprofessional from the beginning when we walked in to an employee and his colleagues trying to contain their laughter. Walked up to talk to one of them and was greeted with "whats up". They check my ring out and none of them can figure out the quality of it at all.. Whether they thought it was good or bad, just weren't able. I come here to do business not deal with childish behavior, definitely wouldn't recommend.

Guy answered the phone passed me onto another guy and sounded like they didn’t want to be at work today. Stay home next time if you don’t want to deal with customers today. Not professional at all. If I could give a 00 I would.

My experiences over the years at Fry Road Pawn and Jewelry have always been positive, whether buying a hand gun, buying jewelry, getting watch batteries put into my watch, and to most recently buying an acoustic guitar. And I have on occassion sold broken/scrap gold and their prices have been good. Most recently, I was helped by Zachary in buying a second hand guitar for my son. Zachary was very helpful, personable, and helped me get a better deal on the guitar I wanted. The integrity of Fry Road Pawn keeps me coming back!

Really Bad customer service I’ve been there when Daniel was extremely disrespectful with a customer he close the door to the customer in his face and scream just to keep a pawn…
