Mrs. Cheryl Martinez ( Manager) and Wayne( assistant)were exceptional in explaining and assisting me with my loan . Great experience through out the entire process. I highly recommend Round Rock Regional Finance to anyone. They're professional and courteous, which is refreshing considering individuals attitudes in today's society.

Do not go to them! They'll tell you you got approved and waste your time and when they're supposed to give you a call to finish up the paperwork and they never called you back. That's totally disappointing and when they finally call back later in the afternoon and tell you "We apologized but we can't move forward and will have to deny you." I told them I wish you would informed me yesterday instead of wasting my time. I could have got help from another place. Their poor excuse was they're too busy. That's freaking no excuse. That's not a good way to start a business. I mean, how are you guys even open for business? If I didn't give you guys a call, you guys wouldn't even give me a call. Useless business you guys are running there! Especially, with poor customer services with very poor attitude. If you don't like the job then work somewhere else. If your having a bad day don't take it out on your customers!

I applied online and then I came to the office to close on my loan, Sonia was very friendly and professional when closing the loan she explained my payment with insurances. I will recommend my friends and family to come and get a loan here at Regional Finance. The staff here were very friendly.

I had the pleasure working with Arianna , she was very helpful & understanding, she showed much concern about my situation and helped me with getting my loan. Great customer service !

One star isn’t even deserved. Making your employees stay and saying “we will wait and see” when there’s really bad weather with several emergency alerts, warnings, all the news is telling people to take shelter/find their safe space… seems a little off to me. You would think your employee’s safety would matter more than staying open. I am completely blown away that any company (and I’m well aware this isn’t the only one) doesn’t care enough about their staff. No wonder this company and specifically this location has a bad rating.

For the past 4 to 6 months this place has called me to submit the monthly payment because their "autodraft" isn't working properly. When I talked to the manager Sabrina, she was rude and hung up on me because she didn't like my tone. I had to call them from my hospital bed, in ICU after having a stroke and she was upset with me?! Really!! I am sick and tired of this place and will never use them or recommend them to anyone.

Rachel Pereyra the manager at this office is simply the very BEST! I watched her go from her first loan EVER with me to her now being a manager of this location. She always goes above and beyond to make your loan easy. Rachel also is so funny and sweet while working with you on the loan.. She makes the process flow fast and smooth. She answers you questions on point. Her staff she also works with is good. This shows you what a leader she is. Always great to work with her and the other staff there when servicing my loan. I also read all the bad reviews. I simply say for people like me who can NOT get your run of the mill loan.... This is a great option... just my opinion. They really do help you! They also really do care!! Mik. :-)

Me and my girlfriend used this company to finance furniture through Ashley Furniture Homestore in Pflugerville, Tx. At first it seemed great, we signed the contracts at the store and proceeded to get our furniture. We were supposed to start paying 30 days after our delivery was completed. We had broken furniture delivered and our contract was not completed. I called them and their headquarters explaining that they did not have a valid contract and they said they would get to the bottom of it and call us back which they never did. We called and told them that we were not going to pay them until the contract was completed. At this point it had been more than two months and their response was that they had already paid the furniture store and if we did not pay them then it would effect our credit which forced to pay. This company is a bully and we would not recommend them to anyone.

Called about transferring a loan to this location from another Regional Finance. The woman that answered the phone was rude, unprofessional and had no idea how to help me. I was promised a call the next day, NOTHING!!! I was under the impression customer service was important. Not here!!
