Adrianna was extremely helpful and let me know about several protection products to keep my loan secure in case of any life events that could affect my ability to keep up with it. I am grateful that this is the team that handles my account.

I Highly recommend Regional for your loans. I have been a long time customer and I have seen the positive changes Regional has made for their customers. Ex. You can pay online or over the phone whereas before you couldn’t . Christy has been there for well over the 4 years I have done business there. She is very knowledgeable and there seems to be a high turnover with employees, but with Christy she seems to be the only one to have stuck in there. If you take this recommendation , go see her. She is the only one I do business with.

I was greeted the instant I walked in. Natalie approached me and kindly asked how she could satisfy my needs. She was patient enough to explain things I didn’t understand and answer all my concerns. Natalie walked me thru the steps needed to be taken. I was satisfied with my experience. Natalie is the sweetest and made me feel at ease while she processed everything. Thank you for all your help!

My experience recently with this location is the worst customer service, since Ernest left this branch had ran my credit without my permission and then lied about after being asked several times. The new manager did not value me as a customer since 2016 which is rude and very poor service and it is now 2019 Oct. They need to value the customer whom has pay off 3 loans over $2500.00 on time and before time and never late

Sometimes times get rough and you resort to extreme measures. If you really need to get a high interest loan due to an emergency. Please go elsewhere. There’s many loan providers that are better than Regional. Hopefully, I never have to get any of these loans but if I ever do it won’t be from them.

Christy worked on my loan and was fast and efficient, she was very knowledgeable and introduced me to the manager Donna and they were both very nice and helpful, I will recommend anyone to them for an easy/small loan.

Bad customer service Lady name Dona didn't give me the information that I was asking she constantly asked me for the payments didn't listen to me. As a customer I think I deserve respect. I will definitely going somewhere else. That lady need to go back to school and learn some education or customer service care.
