Regional Finance Sunset Blvd, Lexington

I'd like to shout a kudos to Catherine at the Lexington, South Carolina branch. I have had several loans with Regional Finance for several years and have had several managers manage my accounts. Some of these managers were somewhat helpful but none gave the service that Catherine has. She really cares for customers. This caring shows by the way she discusses the qualifications with such professional and kind way. I am very proud to say that I feel as if she is more than a manager but more like a friend. There have times that I give been late but she does not harness she simply asks why and if there is anything that she do to help catch the loan payment up. I really feel very comfortable about Working with this company and especially with Catherine.

I have taken a loan with this branch multiple times. I have never had a problem they've always worked with me the manager especially has not only explained how some of the loans work to me but when I wasn't able to pay my payment that month on time. She worked with me to get extensions to help me countless times. I miss being able to come in there to pay my loan because of the conversation and friendliness that I experienced. If any of the staff was let go I would not want to work with this company anymore.

People that work at this office called me while I was at work about someone else's loan that was listed at the same address. I don't think the people that make these calls realize that they are harassing people just because some internet search generated my information. My number is unlisted and on the do not call list for a reason, BECAUSE I DON'T WISH TO BE HARASSED BY TELEMARKETERS AND OTHER PEOPLE'S DEBT COLLECTORS! Kathleen also should understand WHY I was upset that she called me at work to locate someone else instead of calling me rude! If people are smart they will get loans from thier bank instead of places like this that charge high interest rates and use any means necessarily to find the people who owe them even if it means harassing someone not even related to the matter

Beware - the manager at this store has directed her employees to lie in order to pad their pockets since they are not compensated fairly. Instead of displaying their ancillary products as a menu, they add them into your loan, do not allow you to read your contract first and then tell you that these are products that regional includes with your loan - they do not say “this products costs X in addition to your loan”. They will also tell you that you must carry their personal property insurance and that your own insurance is insufficient which is in direct conflict with what their contract says and what the corporate office says. Their branch manager lied about this coverage and had I not received a survey from corporate that had the last question of “Were you informed that the personal property insurance was optional if you had your own homeowners insurance or renters insurance”, I wouldn’t have known. Still waiting on a call back from the branch manager to cancel this product as I have valid renters insurance that also covers my personal property. Two of their employees at this point have violated my rights under the Frank Dodd act specifically in regards to the UDAAP and a complaint with corporate, the BBB, and the CFPB have been filed.

I have had nothing but great service from this office … Catherine Nix and staff are very nice & knowledgeable …. I would/will continue my business with this office as long as Catherine Nix is there

it used to be decent but since the covid pandemic they call every other day trying to get you to take more moneyn it doesn tmatter howm many times your nice and politely tell them you will call them that they shouldnt call you, it doesnst matter a different person from the same office will call the same day so i blocked their number but they still leave messages about 3 times a week, im looking into a consolidation loan from somewhere else so i dont have to take this strong arm tatic to make money
