Hi to all who are in the Columbia area or if you just want to make a drive I have to share this experience with you and all of my friends I'm standing at the airport pawn shop located on Platt springs road in Columbia I'm speaking to the owner his name is Alex I prayed all the way here that I would find what I was looking for and lo and behold I am so blessed this morning my granddaughter made me a great grand mother I'm the great Nana for the second time and I thought about getting her flowers and then I thought well they'll die and they'll be gone so I said Lord if I could find a pawn shop that has the right item I'll know it.. thank God for Alex and his convenient location off of Platt springs in Rutland road the Lord brought me exactly to where I needed to be and Alex had what I need I'm going to make that young lady very happy I am so blessed y'all come check this place out if he doesn't have it perhaps he could tell you where to get it great dude stay blessed 🙏😉😃🤗❤️

I have to say this was the best experience I have ever had with a pawn shop in my 37 years. I went into this pawn shop in hopes to find my DeWalt tools that were stolen from my house. I had purchased these tools for my ex boyfriend and promised him that I would return these tools and then they were gone. I have searched and asked several people to help me find whom had my tools because I wanted them back to return to him. I found the person they were sold to and they had told me they had pawned them. Well I went in with hopes to get them before they were sold. Well I was a day late and dollar short. They were sold the day before. The man at pawn shop saw how bad I needed them back and he made me the best deal ever. I wanted my tools back but I ended up buying triple the amount of tools I had and even out tools on layaway. Thanks for being understanding and helping me out I appreciate it very much.

Picked up a grinder from bin. He said $20 I said ok. Than he said hold on got suspicious went online. He realized it was worth more. Didn’t sell because he can get more for it online where he has it listed now. Not a man of his word. Not good business ethics. He lied to my face acting like he plugged it in and said it don’t work and he can’t sell me a broken one. 30 minutes later he listed it on eBay for $239 and it’s a miracle it works. No respect for a liar. Be a man.

We have used this shop a few time. Every time he has taken our merchandise and gave us a fair price. It's good to know we can use the shop when we need a few bucks to last until payday. The owner is always friendly and understanding.
