First time coming into the Lexington store, and they all have great customer service and a great sense of humor. It hasn't even been a full 24 hours yet and I already know I am always going to have great service coming here. I'm definitely letting other people know that THIS is the place to go!

When I walk in the door, everyone smiles and puts me at ease. They do not judge anyone who comes in when it is dealing with getting a loan. They let you know when you have money available ,makes everything easier and to know that you have money to borrow. Loan process is easy and quick. Ambrose and his staff gets you in and out.

Was in and out in 30 minutes. They gave me $300 ABOVE book value of my car. No interest since the loan was paid back swiftly. If you need some quick cash and can pay it back fast I recommend it.

The staff at this office is simply amazing. I've dealt with this office numerous times (and paid off early each time). Each and every time Darron, Ambrose and his staff have truly gone above and beyond to meet my needs. I truly appreciate this office. I know folks don't care to get title loans, but seriously. . Life happens. If/when you find yourself in a bind, call them. I promise you won't be let down. I made the mistake of going to title max in lexington a few months ago,I needed a certain amount and thought I couldn't go back to auto money so soon, bc I had another loan that had just been paid off.. anyways.. the rates are RIDICULOUS compared to auto money. Just compare yourself and you'll see. Not to mention the customer service. It legit doesn't even compare. Thank you again auto money for coming through in a time of need! Y'all are the best! 11/28/18 update:I'm here again and once again, they are the most helpful folks ever! If you ever need help, come see them!

4439 location with their "new management" decided to repo my sisters car bc a payment was 15 days late ..understandable (even though she was in the hospital giving birth and in recovery for that time). She had to pay 2 months up and a $300 tow fee to get her car back a little outrageous but it was handled . They claimed to have not went in the car at all but flat out lied bc not only did they move damn near everything in the car but they also broke the trunk and stole my (not my sisters) pain medication. They won't show camera's they won't even let me make a claim or even file a police report bc the loan isn't in my name is in my sisters. 0 out of 10 would never ever ever recommend

I did my research and I'm so thankful I chose this location for an auto title loan. The rates were by far the lowest and I actually got what I was needing . Maarc was the gentleman who helped u I highly recommend talking with him.

When you are looking for a place to borrow money, you don't have to be afraid of these folks. They are not hard to work with, and when you don't want to deal with conventional lenders Ambrose and his staff make it very easy to work out a good deal that benefits EVERYONE! Nice people.

There are a number of locations to choose from in the Lexington and Richland County areas however; Ambrose (GM) has the best attitude and always greets you with a smile. He's understanding and reasonable and always has his customer's best interest at heart. Overall, the interest rates are competitive and I recommend and trust this company with my title for my money needs.

Ambrose was very helpful in giving me a very much needed influx of cash. I was short on some bills and Auto Money Really came through. All in all the process took about 15 minutes and I was out the door. The check for the loan is written out from Wells Fargo which is very convenient because they’re on every corner. So it was no trouble getting the cash inside my pocket. Definitely recommended!
