Terrible company. Run away and find someone else to finance your car. If I had known what I know now I definitely would've not gotten that car. Unprofessional and the agents are ghetto. Been dealing with them for 6 years and I finally decided to give up. Zero stars but I had to select 1.

This is a great place to finance a car for first time car buyers who may have some credit issues. I have not had any problems with them at all. They have always worked with me anytime I had a payment arrangement set up. Their customer service representatives are never rude or unprofessional. They are always pleasant and very courteous to me. They are also quick in responding to any questions I have had in the past. I really appreciate this finance company very much indeed.

Horrible customer service. No communication. Completely unresponsive. Ive been trying to get ahold of these guys for two weeks now with no luck.

I HAVE YET TO BE ABLE TO SPEAK TO A LOCAL BRANCH PERSON ABOUT MY ACCOUNT, I HAVE CALLED THREE TIMES TO BE TOLD THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO TO HELP ME OTHER THEN TELL ME TO TURN THE CAR IN AND LET IT BE A REPO ON MY CREDIT ! SHOWS THEY REALLY ARE CONCERNED ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS

They gave me chance to rebuild my credit without the duplicate questions, about the pass creditors.

Worst business ever. They are snakes, they tried saying I was behind a payment and never was, they have no way to communicate, I sent email after email phone call after phone call and they never responded to me. They avoided me every time I tried to contact them, I called every number on there listing left voice-mails with all my info and they never once called me back, I couldn't even enjoy my car because of this. I sold the car so I wouldn't have to deal with this unresponsive company. 100% do not recommend this UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS.

Can’t reach anyone. Call tone dialing is messed up and keeps disconnecting my call. I’m a new customer and can’t process my car payment 🤦🏾‍♀️

Impossible to speak to someone, calling in for help is a waist of time. Phone tree makes it even more difficult to actually SPEAK to anyone and hanges up on you after a few attempts.

Only if you desperate.. these folks are blood suckers.. I dealt with this company when I was 22 years old I’m 45 now. I learned from my mistakes.

Not a good company are NOT understanding at all.
