This is my 4th car I have purchased at Regal. The process is pain free and everyone is very friendly and helpful. The cars comes with a dealer warranty but the cars are in such great shape that I have never had to use it. Buy your next car here and you won't regret it.

So came to regal after a bad day at car hop Mesha had me take a deep breath and gave me a water and helped me through the whole process and got me approved into my new 2015 Ford Fiesta! Do Not and I repeat... DO NOT buy a car from this place. Went to the lot on memorial and was helped really quickly. That was a great experience, they were helpful and the process went very smooth and quick. The problem is the car. It was bought on Monday and during the test drive the door handle breaks off... That should have been a clue to stop but I proceed with the sale with the promise of it being repaired. 2 days later I was driving the car back to the lot because it kept stalling out... These positive reviews are written only with the promise of show tickets to some casino show, concert or fight...

Will never go back to them again, went to get a vehicle over memorial weekend and was told we had to wait till Tuesday because we work for a company with the name contractor in it. Was asked if we were going to use for work I said yes to get back and forth to work like you use yours. Very rude manager and sales guy acted like he didn't care if the sold a car or not. So we went to the one in Stillwater and they were more than happy to sell us a vehicle.

Would not recommend. Have been with them for 5 years. They will put you in a constant cycle of different vehicles so you have to keep being in debt to them. But not actually doing anything to help. Their warranties are scams also.

After more than a year of paying off a vehicle it won't run and they won't fix it supposedly but then they come back and make a claim on my insurance on a vehicle they said was totalled. Yeah that is FRAUD and i plan on reporting it as such........ steer clear or Regal Motors. Lying fraudulant scammers.
