Laziest, most incompetent tellers EVER! Tellers can't even be bothered to fill out a withdrawal slip even though they do it at every other bank. And don't even bother asking them any banking questions cuz they will just stand there with a blank look. Trained chimps could do a better job than these people.

I joined City national bank as a customer and have been extremely satisfied and happy with their service. All the personnel in the Branch are Knowledgeable, Friendly, and have the genuine interest in their customers which I really appreciate. My experience with this Bank has been very pleasant! I have been banking with CNB for the past 10+ years and This is the best place to bank so far, specially at this location Memorial and Admiral location...Joselyn and Maria are the best, they make my visits to this bank more enjoyable they both always have a great attitude and always smiling. Awesome awesome awesome Tiffany and her crew are very professional: helpful, knowledgeable and caring, they greet you with a smile and with great respect, most importantly they know you by name, they guide you through the process of becoming a member smoothly; Teofila was so helpful, and patient, she has a great attetud! Their all very helpful an pleasant, if you have questions about something they find out/ check it out, before you leave, they explain everything to you step by step, they make sure you're a satisfied customer; they go over and beyond the original banking experience that I've ever experienced else were ! They make you feel like your among family & friends !

The beautiful Ladies Tiffany and Jocelyn made my decision to return to Citi National an easy one! Their customer service was supreme and the atmosphere when I walked in was welcoming! These ladies went over and above to meet my needs! And to top it off I was going to get a money card from Walmart for my 15 yr old daughter and Tiffany mentioned that they offer gift cards which was perfect! If I had to rate my experience it would be💯%.. because it's personal at Citi National they make u feel like family! Great job Ladies keep up the great work! Stay blessed and safe always ❣️

I've been standing here for 25 minutes so far so they can verify my payroll check from Amazon. They cashed my last check from Amazon with no issue. It took less time to open my account 8 months ago than this is taking. This is stupid and I absolutely will be changing banks to hell with convenience of this location.

After my wife received a Happy Birthday call from Tiffany on my birthday I was waiting for the call. Tiffany delivered. As soon as I picked up the phone she started singing and went on to ask how the wife was doing... Who else does this people??? Above and beyond service!
