It’s never a fun time when you have to go to a pawn shop to play catch-up but it happens. I was treated with dignity respect which is ultimately reflected in the very fair offers you receive. There is no BS and they offer top dollar the first time which honestly was more than I was expecting. Very Courteous and respectful staff. The woman who helped me is wonderful day with and really makes the whole experience very pleasant. (Sorry Stephen your cool to, lol) A+ all the way around!

I have been buying/pawning/selling at this place for almost 20 years now. I had an incident with one of my items almost a year and a half ago with the then manager and one of the employees. It had nothing to do with the company itself. I tried to rectify this to no avail. Today almost a year and a half later my problem was resolved. It was resolved by Reggie and the now manager Sergio. Sergio took the time to listen and verify my claim. He made calls and made it right for me. Both Sergio and Reggie showed that they were honest and cared about making it right. I have no doubt that if I would have been dealing with them on one of my other attempts to rectify this, instead of dealing with the employee that is no longer there, it would have been taken care of a long time ago. Thank you Reggie and Sergio. You both represent your company phenomenally. This company is incredibly fortunate to have both of you. Today I met a newer employee Steven, he was very nice and outgoing. I also met another newer employee, a pretty young lady with long hair, I didn't catch her name but she was very sweet and so full of personality. All four people there were very welcoming and professional. I would definitely recommend doing business with this company. They did what so many other places fail to do.... the right thing, (even when it was the fault of a former employee).

I was very pleased with the service! Was able to get the amount i requested with honest, fast and friendly service! I would highly recommend them and i will definately be a returning customer!

Very unhappy with my experience. I came in to sell some items while Steve and Juuls were working. Steve was very unhelpful, rude, and acted like he wanted to be literally anywhere else. Thank god Juuls was there to save the day with her kindness. Juuls, you deserve a 5 out of 5. Steve, you need to find a new job where you don’t have to deal with the public.

They have a lot of good stuff to buy. Met Sagio and john who are very friendly and took their time to explain things about what you are buying. John's marketing skills was awesome, he made me buy 2 laptop even though I need one.

These guys are so great. They were very friendly and knowledgeable on the items you bring in plus on the items in their store. Very helpful and made my transaction go fast and smooth. I will be back for other items I seen.

This is the best Pawn shop experience I have ever had! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and I felt the cash I received for my items was more than fair. Gone are the days of just being a number and getting low ball offers, I will be a lifetime customer of this establishment! A+++

Talking to the staff I found out this pawnshop is under new ownership as of a little less than a year ago. The old reviews look bad, but man this new staff is great! I never felt pressured, was greeted when I walked in, and they treated me like a person. Better service than I get at most actual retail stores!!

We looked on Amazon we couldn't find what we wanted and it was going to take too long we decided to look for pawn shops and we found them and we called them and they told us they had a we went there and we were in and out in less than 10 minutes and they are better than Amazon all the way around when it comes to getting your TV needs Met

I absolutely love this pawn shop it is my go-to place. The associates are amazing helpful and fun. Customer service is beyond measure. Transactions are a made easy especially with the convenience of being able to use debit cards and they give you top dollar. I would recommend this pawnshop to anyone.

Best pawnshop in Tulsa by far the staff is exceptional Great deals to be found at all times the customer service offered is by far the best of compared to any pawnshop in town hands down!!

I needed a battery charger for my son's car. They asked questions and made sure the product they had was suitable for the size of the battery. I never would have thought of that. I'll definitely be back. Even if it's just to window shop.

Peter, Austin, Reggie, & even the new store manager are all pretty pleasant to deal with, & if there was a way to rate them separately I would. HOWEVER, whoever the area manager is for this location is earning a reputation for BAD BUSINESS & QUICKLY. My family was in there yesterday and spent a SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT of money, gave them the prices they requested, paid in ALL cash, and paid tax in addition to the negotiated amount. Wasn't even provided a receipt the date of purchase in spite of the rather large amount tendered from the new store manager. It was at closing and they did reprinted it today so that's really the least of the complaint. Came back in today to complete the purchase which included a couple of other pieces that were found in addition to what we originally came back for and the regional manager handled it VERY poorly. Insulted myself and my family who felt like we were being "nickel & dimed" for lack of better term. He decided to nickel & dime us Over FIFTY DOLLARS in spite of the fact that we had spent THOUSANDS in that store that week alone. Also said his unwillingness to budge stemmed from the idea that he thought we were 'resalers' when in fact my family in particular are simply collectors. Lost out on an additional $1450 in sales over $50. Lost two VERY loyal customers OVER $50 for GOOD. This used to be one of my favorite stores in Tulsa, used to be the one that I would recommend to everybody. But the store will never see another penny for myself or my family again.

I have had two of the worst experiences ever they have signs all over the store saying that they loan more than the rest so I have driven there twice with knowing that they “will loan more” for them to go so below what I was offered any where else. The two younger men working are rude and not helpful whatsoever. So if you are going in there in the hopes of what they have posted all over their walls please save your self the time. Absolutely disgusted with how this place works.

These guys are very efficient. Both shifts .Everyone there will help you to the very best of their abilities .Mr Micheal helped me today and he may be young but he's on point . Their whole crew will rush to help a store full of people in a matter of moments . Highly recommended.
