I've been trying to find the right vehicle for over a month now. Everywhere that I went someone was trying to push me.into getting a car that I didn't want I did not experience this with regal. I told them what I wanted and they made it happen. Alicia and Steve were awesome and swift in my process. I left in what I wanted and they made it happen. I just bought a F-150 from Regal yesterday and let me tell you they changed my view on the car sales for bad/no credit sales industry. Steve, Albany, and Milo are wonderful people!!! I went to CarMart also and they want $600 a month and twice as much down for a truck one year older!!! Definitely come to Regal for a vehicle. These guys are AWESOME 😋😋😋

Told me I’m too far away cause it has to be 75 miles or less and I am 68 miles away from Columbia so they denied me. Manager and Des k assistant must not know how maps work cause it shows 68 miles. Poor customer service

Milo was great! I walked in and told him exactly what I had to put down and what I needed. Let him know I didn't want a run around with waiting around half the day like you normally do at a car lot just for them to tell you we can definitely do something but your gonna need a bigger down payment. I didn't want to waste his time if nothing could get done nor did I have anytime to waste, for I had a rental car and it had to be returned today. Steve was great as well when it came to filling out all the paperwork and finalizing everything. Both gentlemen were very friendly and engaged in conversation with both my husband and myself. We will definitely be going back to Regal for more of our car buying business in the future.

Wow! Regal is a awesome place to get a car from. I walked to the location which isn't far from my home and drove off in my my new vehicle a few hours later. Alicia was so helpful and let me take the vehicle to get insurance and anything else I needed to complete my purchase. Great atmosphere to be around. I recommend this place if your looking for a dependable car.

I just want to say, I was and am very impressed with Regal Car Sales Columbia From the initial contact through purchase communication was great customer service was awesome! They worked with my schedule with getting information to them and was very knowledgeable with what I need for my purchase and even offered discounts! I would recommend Albany and Milo to speak with and the manager Steve was awesome in getting the ball rolling!

This past Friday Aug. 28th I purchased a Buick from Regal in Columbia, MO- this would be my second purchase from this dealer. Jadie, the assistant manager was excellent in his customer service and answered any questions I had. All the staff are always professional and happy to help a customer in any way they can. I have recommended Regal to others in the past, and that has absolutely not changed- I still highly recommend Regal to anyone who needs to rebuild their credit.
