Rita helped me get a loan today. I came into the store an hour before close. She was there by herself helping someone else get approved. Rita was exceptionally friendly and stayed almost an hour after close in order to finish my approval. Thank you Rita & TitleMax for the 5⭐️ experience

We walked into this location in desperate need of financial help. We knew very little of the loans and options. Matthew was very knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to explain every detail. He made this experience more than comfortable for us and we could not be happier we walked into this store.

Needed a notary and since I work until 3pm they can be hard to find. TitleMax came through for me! Always a notary on staff and open until 7 on Mondays!

I called to inquire about the title loan process and Kim was so nice and patient explaining the process with me. I decided to take the loan and went into the office to finish up the paperwork. Once again Kim was on it and got me the Money I asked for and had me in and out in a jiffy. Thanks Kim.

Typical predatory loan place. Amazed so many people rate them so well. The service is fine but it certainly isn't the kind of place your happy to use. Glad I don't have to get a loan from any of these places.

I recently went to TitleMax in Columbia Mo. with a 20 year old car. I didn't think I would get approved for very much at all. However, I was approved for a loan that day that I very much needed. I got more than what I expected. I believe Matt was the guy doing my loan application. Matt made my time spent at TitleMax enjoyable, because he was able to multitask. While doing my title loan he answered my questions thoroughly and he was able to entertain me with small talk! If I may.. Matt your customer service skills come to you very naturally, making me feel comfortable as a customer! We all know in the business , your customer service skills will make and or break your business. With that being said.... Matt I believe you are an asset to the company that has hired you. I hope they appreciate your services, because I do! I will most definitely pass the word, if you need a title loan or personal loan ...go see Matt!
