My father passed away in January 2020 and I needed to get his arrangements paid for. I was able to get a loan with my title. 1 1/2 years later I decided to return for another reason and I was surprised to find the staff that helped me was gone but quickly fell in love with Austina as she helped me get another loan. I know the loans are high but, for a short period they are awesome and Austina was professional, fun, down to earth and kicked A$% being alone that morning with a million customers :) Thanks Girl I will for sure be sending those that need a little help your way :)

Kim was able to help us with a buy out of our title. We were so stressed over our payments with the previous loan place and she helped us and was able to get our tile back with payments that actually add up not just pay fees and interest. We left this office feeling so much relief.

I’m altering my review, I’ve been locked out of my App for months I call in to do my payments before they’re due but my account online just seems to increase, any time that I’ve called to ask questions I’m either rushed for walk in clients or I’m given unnecessary attitude. The last call resulted in me being rushed and saying that I’ll receive a call back once it’s straightened out, but no such thing has occurred. To Jaida who gave me an unnecessary card although she faked that she has contacted my bank to the uneducated workers that cannot solve my current problem, f*ck y’all
