When you're here it's more than just a normal shopping around experience you meet aren't experience you meet great people and sometimes even make new friends because of how amazing the staff is. Charles, Grayson, and David are not only super knowledgeable, but down to earth individuals who are more focused on helping others, rather than just making a sale.

I love it here, my favorite sales person is Tara, she has always looked out for me and because of that I will always be a loyal customer!

Justin, Tara, and whole crew were completely awesome! I showed up a few minutes before closing time to purchase a pistol and they stayed late waiting on the background check to clear. In the meantime, they put up with my constant bartering and badgering, lol. This place is professional and organized, the staff is nice and have a large amount of team members to handle a full house. This is where my business will belong. Redstone pawn has an all around amazing staff and they are genuinely a pleasure to deal with, like any pawn shop you may be low balled at times, but at least these guys are polite and respectful about it, and are usually receptive to negotiations unlike every other pawn shop in the Huntsville area, where it's a take it or leave it attitude. They also have an exceptional selection of brand new handguns and some selection of long guns and also a good selection of used firearms with usually very reasonable prices outside of a pandemic economic environment for firearms. All around my favorite pawn shop, I don't go anywhere else anymore. They even send you text reminders on your phone when your loans come up for renewal about 3-5 days ahead of time. All in all, I've had numerous great experiences here, and I constantly recommend them to everyone who asks.

Bought me a gun and looked at some guitars while I was here. Andrew was very knowledgeable on what gun would be best for me giving my hands and experience. He was also very knowledgeable on the guitars I looked at. I plan to come back here to buy the guitar he showed me. Love this place and andrew made it a wonderful experience for me.

Redstone Pawn ain't your daddy's shady pawn shop. Nice stuff, friendly staff, and great deals keep me coming back. Rod helped me during my last visit -- cool dude who didn't mind helping me test out a guitar pedal before I purchased.

Clean, cool, well stocked with guns and ammo except 30-30 rds. The prices were a bit on the high side, given everything is used but seemed to be quality stuff. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They had the Southern Wagu meat market food truck on site which was awesome.

Rod helped me out today with a jewelry pawn. He was very professional and gave me sound advice. Thanks for the great experience. I will recommend this place to others!

Later when we came to pick up my ring, Tara and she was absolutely knowledgeable, amazing in listening what we wanted and our budget she found a much better amazing ring, more valuable for a couple hundreds more!! Great place and fantastic service. The people are super nice and very knowledgeable. I’ve purchased two very nice guns from them so far. I am pleased with both of them. I purchased my first Ar-15 today. Emily helped me pick it out. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the guns. She has great customer service/sales skills. Again, a great store.

From the security officer at the door to every single person working in the place they all greeted me with a hello and a smile. Chris was knowledgeable and very helpful with my handgun purchase. I was in and out in less than an hour with my new .45. It was the best retail experience I've had quite some time. Much, much better customer service than some other places to buy firearms in Huntsville. Not even close.

I can’t recommend this place enough. Personable, friendly staff and great prices. I came through the door for the first time and Emily got right to work helping me with selling some jewelry. After that, I checked out the gun counter. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, told me everything I wanted to know about a few of the guns I checked out and gave great advice. Now, I always recommend the shop whenever a friend tells me they’re looking to purchase a gun.
