Check `n Go Pratt Ave Ne C, Huntsville

I went by this branch today. I have used this company a few times in the past. This is the first time at this location. This location has the most Unprofessional people that I have ever been meet in my life. I called ahead to make an appointment they confirmed the appointment when I got there they told me that appointments don’t matter they don’t really use the appointment System and if I have a problem with it I can just not use them.

Darnae was very professional and easy to understand. She gave very good directions to the store location. She was very pleasant to work with, very knowledgeable about her business, and extremely respectful of my time and the time of other customers. Her level of customer service is outstanding!

Darnea and Stefani are great. They are friendly, professional, efficient , and they continue to make my experience at this Check n Go a great one. I actually look forward to seeing them every other Friday. Great people doing a fantastic job!!!!

Went into the Check 'n Go location on Pratt Ave and they greeted me as I was walking in. They were very nice and very professional. Manager Darnea was very professional and had Shontal (rep) help me so it was no wait at all and I love the way I was acknowledge when I first walked in. Shontal, was very polite and showed a willingness to help plus listened to me vent. I loved the way she found another alternative/solution when the loan didn't go through. This is definitely a location that you would want to go for your hardship needs or any loan needs. A place that cares and show a since of concern is always good in my book. Thanks ladies!

Stefanie was so very helpful!! They were very upfront and didn’t appear to be binding anything in the fine print like a lot of other loan companies these days. They helped me pay off another loan and drop my monthly payment drastically!!! I would highly recommend them for all your person loan needs.

The lady that help me name Ms. Shontel is very great at her job, I would want to go to nobody else but her she the greatest and she got me cash fast, with hardly no wait time. .I rate her 5 stars.. .

Mrs. Darnea (AKA Dona) and Mrs. Stephane were absolutely fantastic; I have nothing but positive things to say about both of them. For a first timer my attendant was patient and had a sweet personality. Never rude or unprofessional. I gave a 5 star rating to the customer service but since then I have not been able to retrieve the funds loaded to the card. The card company REQUIRES YOU TO VERIFY YOUR IDENTITY AFTER YOU’VE ALREADY BEEN THRU THE APPLICATION PROCESS AND THERE WAS NO MENTION OF THE RE VERIFICATION PRIOR TO LEAVING THE STORE. I called and activated the card via the number on the card of the sticker in the parking lot of PayDay loans. I had 1 successful transaction at the airport that evening. Fast forward to... I’m on a cruise in the middle of the Pacific Ocean with limited and/or slow WiFi connection which isn’t allowing me to access the app or upload documents. Also after emailing the documents I’m being told it will take another SIX HOURS before the company will be able to fully authorize the card. It’s now TUESDAY night I’m a female who’s in desperate need of feminine products and I can’t purchase or withdraw anything from the atm. THIS IS THE ULTIMATE INCONVENIENCE. Ive exhausted all my cash because the card wouldn’t go thru while my luggage was mishandled and sent to Montreal Canada. The App and Website do NOT WORK. Was on the phone with Netspend customer service for 2 hrs attempting to verify my identity after speaking with 2 different reps & 1 manager with NO SUCCESS!

Renika was the best person ever.!!! She made my day brighter after every one turned me away. She took care of me with kindness and patience. She is really good at multi task and customer service 🙂 😁 so happy leaving here

I would never recommend going here. I came here to cash a check and it took the woman 45 just to input the check in the system. After 45 minutes she finally called someone to help her put the information in the system. I was there for 2 hours just be told that she doesn’t have the cash and she would have to put it on a card. The point of going there is to get cash not to have to get it put on a card

Horrible service! They are very slow and charge more than most places... Always seem to be short handed. I wouldn't recommend going here. I know I never will again... Just pitiful!

Today I visited the Check N Go to get a money order. I had never visited a branch before but was told to visit there for any money orders. Well not only did I get the money order I needed but I also got great customer service with it as well. I will definitely continue to do business with those lovely ladies Darna and Stephanie. Also if I ever need a loan they will be my go to place since they also tried to get me to apply today. I for sure will if needed in the future and will tell others about them as well.

It was my first time going to try to take out a loan and I was skeptical if I would be approved or not because of my income. However Rebecca got me approved without a problem and left me in great spirits! Thanks Rebecca. Make sure you guys head down there and ask for Rebecca!

Terrible customer service ! Both fat ladies continued to send me away to pick up more paperwork needed for a loan when they could have just told me everything I need from the beginning and every time I came back they told me I couldn’t do it without another piece of paperwork. Very unprofessional as they were talking about how they planned on partying and getting “turnt” on the weekend. Piss poor attitudes towards customers but happy with towards each other ... would NEVER recommend

Amazing customer service and very easy to fill out and understand paperwork! Let them approve you when others won't! Let Darney help you guys out like she helped me!
