Each and every time I go to citizens they know me by name and welcome me like I'm family. They are very happy that I paid towards the principal of my loan extra over my car payment and they told me that they look forward to me coming in each and every time I come in. I would refer them to everyone in Huntsville to get a loan through them they're very respectful and kind and it's like meeting family every time you come in to make a car payment or pay your loan. Recently I purchased a new bed with the intention to pay cash. The sales rep suggested a 24-month with 0% financing option (provided entire amount is paid on time). After some deliberation, I decided to continue earning interest on my money and use someone else's for free. I financed thru Citizens Finance of Huntsville. Credit review was simple and took less than 10 minutes. There was a small disconnect getting loan paperwork to me, but was quickly resolved. In any business relationship you should expect to experience the occasional disconnect. It is how these disconnects are handled that determines how customer focused and the value the organization places on customers. For most phone calls I spoke to Melissa Selvage, President of the organization. She offered to have an employee hand deliver my paperwork. She also returned emails after 1700 (5 pm) and on weekends. Melissa is sweet, caring, and goes the extra mile. The rare times I spoke to other employees, they too were professional and did their best to meet my needs. Citizens Finance makes all manner of loans from Signature personal loans to secured auto loans. I do not know their interest rates for the various loan types, but I assume they are competitive.
