I can't say enough good things about Brady at RMC. When everyone else was telling us our docs were not sufficient, Brady was able to get us approved and funded in less than a month. And that's with only one year tax returns using the income of just one self employed person. That's pretty miraculous I have to say... and I have to give him major kudos.
