When I am in the bank office, helpful service but the entire staff is allergic to picking up the phone. I'm going to tie a note to a bird and hope for the best. These reduced hours are impossible for those of us with jobs during the day. I love the ATM locations, it feels safe but it's really hit or miss with this company and if you wait 2 hours or if you get things done in 30 min. Almost never an in and out experience.

This center has to be by far the most slowest center in the South Bay Area. The managers are just watching the line get longer and longer without stepping in to help. The only reason I’m giving 3 starts is because of the teller. She was very helpful and polite as well as the fastest unlike the other teller who just kept talking about his personal life with the customer for over 5 minutes..I believe her name was Dolce …thank you ma’am for making the experience go from bad to better. Bofa needs to really do something about their centers

The service here is awful. I've followed their process of making an appointment. Previously I showed up and the person I was scheduled to meet didn't come to work and the bank never called. I schedule another appointment, wait almost 1.5hrs to meet with the banker. I again follow the process to ensure my name is corrected on all my bank cards. The banker assures me the name will be corrected. I receive new cards with the incorrect name AGAIN. I go to the bank and I'm informed to make another appointment but there is a 2.5hr wait. The staff are not rude, just not concerned with real customer service nor the quality of service.

Worst Bank of America I've ever been to, and I've been a customer for over 20 years. There can be five or six people behind the counter chatting, but only two tellers. And despite seeing customers waiting they will never open another teller. Ever. Instead they have someone walk through the line trying to get customers to use the ATM. Seriously. If we wanted to use the ATM we would. What we really want is not to have to wait 15 or 20 minutes. When I got to my teller I apparently didn't fill out a simple form and he actually sighed when I asked him if he was going to do it. He SIGHED. I told him never mind and went to the ATM. Could have saved myself 15 annoying minutes.

The person who “helped” me is named Angie. she had my check in her hand and sent me home Bc I didn’t have my id, i said that’s fine I’ll be back and when I came back they said they couldn’t cash my check Bc it’s from Wells Fargo. They made me waste my time. If I find a corporate number ima call and report Bc they’re actually so dumb here and gave me the worst headache.

This is the WORST bank ever! Every time I visit, there are 15-20 people waiting and the "bankers" hide in one anothers cubicles chit chatting. It's Disgusting how they treat their Clients who BTW pay their salaries!

Worst and slowest location ever!!!!!! I'd rather wait in line at the DMV. The asian manager with glasses just sits in the back starring at a line that goes out the door with only 2 of 8 windows open to help the customer...... Maybe other locations are better but this location by the south bay Galleria has a real big customer service problem!!!!!! Expect to wait atleast 1 hour in line for just a deposit or for anything that has to do with someone helping you at a window.

This bank has no sense of urgency . All of Bank of America banks now close at 4pm . Consumers are not their priority. Since they started with the ppp loans , they are making their money from the government and can careless about walk in clients .

There corporate office needs to do something about this branch. The manager has no manager skill in leading people. She allows all her tellers to do god knows what and not help any customers. The line can be 15 people deep and nobody has any sense of ugency. Always 1 teller behind the window and they always say the same thing. We're understaffed. This branch is constantly backed up. I stood in line 45 min while there was only one teller working the window. The rest of the 9 people pretend like they were doing something important buried behind some counter. Management sucks!!! She needs to start telling her employees what to do.
